Kat at the Starbucks in Southpoint Mall is amazing! She was so kind and truly made my day better. She even made sure my name was spelled correctly, which was so sweet and made me feel really special. I always love seeing her when I come to this location — she brings such positive energy every time!

I’m surprised this location still holds a 4.2 rating. Perhaps older reviews boosted the score, because based on my last two visits, the experience has been consistently disappointing. The wait was unnecessarily long. There was no greeting, no smile, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming and poorly maintained. The place looked dirty, and the energy was negative.

I don’t plan to return and genuinely hope management considers hiring people who take pride in their work and create a more positive experience for customers.

The staff here last week was phenomenal! They had my drink out in record time and it was perfect! I couldn’t ask for anything better, my only regret was not having cash on hand to tip more after I got my drink

The slowest service ever. We were waiting 40 minutes for the order. The ladies have been rude and claimed that the online orders are pushing our order. Doesn’t make any sense .

Placed an order around 12:30 was supposed to be ready in 6-9 minutes, waiting until 1:15 for my food to be ready. Very rude african american lady told me that she didn't receive my food order and didn't have a vanilla danish which i ordered that her coworker proceeded to pull out almost instantly after me asking if they had them. Barista who made drinks was very sweet and very helpful with helping me resolve my issue.
