The slowest service ever. We were waiting 40 minutes for the order. The ladies have been rude and claimed that the online orders are pushing our order. Doesn’t make any sense .
Quickly made my drink. A+
got the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich. i removed the cheese but there’s literally no bacon on it. a little disappointed

Took 20 minutes for them to pour me a cold brew that comes from a tap
Placed an order around 12:30 was supposed to be ready in 6-9 minutes, waiting until 1:15 for my food to be ready. Very rude african american lady told me that she didn't receive my food order and didn't have a vanilla danish which i ordered that her coworker proceeded to pull out almost instantly after me asking if they had them. Barista who made drinks was very sweet and very helpful with helping me resolve my issue.
The coffee is really sad, and the service has gotten worse.
I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I waited 45 minutes for my order, which is already frustrating, but it only got worse. The person at the register didn’t even recognize the drink name Iced Matcha Latte—a standard item on the menu. She called for helped to add that to my order.
After than, I was given the wrong size—I ordered a venti but received a grande. When I pointed this out, the barista made a face like it was my fault, even though the issue stemmed from poor communication at the register. On top of that, I had asked for one pump of sugar-free syrup, but my drink was overloaded with four pumps, making it way too sweet.
I specifically asked for oat milk, and the sticker on my cup even said oat milk, but after a few sips, I realized the drink had whole milk, which I can’t have because I’m lactose intolerant. This mistake completely ruined my experience. My entire order was wrong, and on top of that, the staff seemed annoyed and unprofessional because of too much crowd.
If you don’t like working in a busy location, don’t take it out on customers. We’re paying for these drinks, not getting them for free, and our time is just as valuable. If you can’t do your job properly, at least don’t show your frustration toward customers. This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.
Sign says open til 9pm on Saturday. Was there at 8:40pm on Saturday and they locked their doors. Sign is either a lie or employees getting over on Starbucks.

Every time I visit the mall, I stop at this Starbucks. They are actually pretty efficient as far as time because there are a lot of people there. The space is very small so you have to stand up or wait outside. I think they should have some sort of intercom that you can hear outside of the store if you're standing there when they called your name that would be pretty convenient.. but overall, they do an excellent job and I always enjoy my Starbucks drinks.
My drinks from this location are always fixed perfectly. Unfortunately the service isn’t good. Every single time I go in this location there’s an unnecessary wait. I literally had to speak up and ask if anyone was working the register because everyone was avoiding a growing line of people waiting to order. Today irritated me more due to realizing upon leaving the mall I didn’t receive my points. I should’ve known then the young lady asked for a name. I scanned my app so I’m unsure why she didn’t say it didn’t take or whatever the case was. I will be reaching back out for my points from that location. Luckily I used my card to validate my order. I’ll avoid this location going forward.
