Very bad service, I placed an order online and when I came to look for it the woman who was there told me that they did not have that order that was not in that place, I showed her my invoice online and there she said that if she had it, it was a matcha latte with light ice, she made the drink very reluctantly, the matcha was not even well dissolved and placed a fairly considerable amount of ice on it

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I go out of my way to get coffee from here because their service is unmatched. The staff not only remembers my name but also my order. They are kind and always provide excellent coffee. Marlene is the best but so are the other staff.

I'm giving this location a 5 star purely for Marlene. She is hands down the best Starbucks employee I've ever met. Always handling big lines and never messes up all while being cheerful. Overall a good location and they work really hard, but had to give a shout out.

I asked for extra matcha in my green tea latte but it was barely even a green color it was laughable and tasted straight up like milk……. it clearly did not have the extra amount of scoops I ordered… when I asked the barista if she put in extra matcha she just gave an annoyed “yes”. Highly disappointing/frustrating experience and I regret making the drive for this tasteless drink

I came in a there was already 4 people waiting in line. There was several people working but no one was taking orders or extrovert the customers that they were short staff. Instead they just kept talking and doing other jobs. After 4 or 5 minutes the other customers that was waiting decided to leave no one noticed nor did they care. One of Starbucks workers was putting food up in the back but didn’t care there was people waiting to be serviced!!
I’ve been to this location on several occasions and I’m always pleased. The baristas I’ve talked to are always very pleasant and kind, plus the drinks are very solid. Ember is very sweet and she made my drink perfectly today, will definitely continue coming to this location :)

The worst customer service didn't get the name of the lady behind the counters name. But she was very rude, didn't want to even be at work, was very slow. All I can is she had green hair and was wearing a black hoodie. Looked very sloppy to even be at work , not presentable. DRESS CODE needs to be talked about.

The poor employee was thrown to the wolves. All alone admitting she was new and had zero training. Customers have to instruct her on how to make drinks step by step
