This was my first time going to this location with my daughter and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED ‼️‼️‼️‼️ We first sat in the drive thru which wasn’t moving at all so we jumped out and went inside and there was no line! So she took our order and let us know there would be a wait for my daughter’s food , we decided to take the food off and waited for her drink . There was no line inside why we had to wait 20 minutes and have to leave without what she paid for was very disappointing! To see the “ team lead” joking and playing with a line wrapped around the building and online orders constantly coming in was a big problem for me! I run a “ food truck” so I get it but you have to work with what you have! I’m not sure if you guys need to hire more workers or make due with what you have! There were orders just sitting on the counter ! There was only one person making the drinks ! It was just a MESS! My daughter is out her money and drink! I won’t be back!

I LOVE this Starbucks location, Rose always makes my drink PERFECT. Even when someone else does it and misses something they are all so nice about fixing it, they are better than the one on Renaissance Parkway by far, the workers here are MUCH nicer!

This is one of the best Starbucks locations. They don't play loud music which is nice when you are trying to work from the lobby. Lots of parking as well as spaces to sit. Staff is friendly.

Visit there pretty often between work and home. Love the staff, and today I had two new employees I sadly didn't get their names BUT they were very careful with my order and even decorated my cup with a cute bear face and a pikachu. Always coming back, you people are the sweetest treat there.

We were warmly greeted by multiple employees. The iced coffee refreshed us on a HOT day. We were also wished a great day by two employees. What's not to love!
