I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks and I was truly disappointed with their service. I placed a pick up order at 6:50 am, I waited for 25 minutes , my order was finally posted as “ready”, I went to the counter and was told that they hadn’t started my order! I canceled my order and I was late to work! The staff didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! I will not visit this location again !

Love love love their coffee!! I drink a strong french roast decaf--and that is almost impossible to find anywhere else. They usually do a nice pour-over for me....and it is always perfect!

This Starbucks has been notorious for making drinks incorrectly. It is very frustrating to pay for cold foam to be added to a drink and to not have it put on the drink. Every single time my husband or I have ordered any drink with cold foam at this location, they never add it. We have even *politely* asked them to remake the drink or to simply just add the cold foam, and each time, the drink is remade to be very bitter, or without cold foam again. All we have ever gotten is a light layer of frothed cream on top - definitely not cold foam.One particular time, I had ordered a shaken espresso and added cold foam to it; of course, the drink came out without cold foam. The barista saw me standing there waiting to talk to someone about the drink and she said to one of the other workers, “what does she want?” in a very condescending tone. I asked her if she could please just add cold foam to the drink. She took it out of my hands, threw it away, and remade the drink (it is their policy to not take drinks back). When she brought me out the new drink, it had A LOT of cold foam on it, but it had an insane amount of salt in it. I’ve never had a salty drink from Starbucks and was shocked when I received it. I’m not sure if it was out of spite or if it was a genuine mistake, but either way, I could not drink it because it was too salty. I just threw the drink away and left.Although this is the most convenient Starbucks to where I work, I will not be back. Unfortunately, they just simply do not care about providing quality service. And I have contacted customer support a few times in the past, and they have assured me that they passed the feedback along to the branch manager, yet, no changes have been made.
I just went to Starbucks and it was awesome, totally deserves 5 stars! Right when I walked in, it felt super welcoming and chill. The people working there were all smiles and super quick to make my favorite drink just the way I like it.The coffee is always amazing here. I got my usual latte, and it was just perfect—super tasty and made just right. They really know what they're doing with their coffee and it shows.But it's not just the coffee that's great. The place is always clean, and everyone working is really fast and nice, which makes it a cool spot to hang out or get some work done.The best part about this Starbucks is how friendly it is. After you go a few times, the folks making your coffee start to remember you and what you drink, which is pretty cool. It makes you feel like you're part of a little community.So, if you're looking for a great place to grab a coffee or just chill for a bit, this Starbucks is where it's at. They don't just make awesome coffee; they make your day better, too. Can't wait to go back for my next coffee fix!
