5 stars for the workers, 2 stars for the food. It is definitely declining in the quality of food. The guys doing the shift on Tuesday morning 9/24 were awesome. Great attitude, super friendly, and quick! Muchas gracias!

I was in Durham to visit Duke for my son. I ran to this Starbucks from our hotel before he got up. Let me just say, I'm a frequent flyer to Starbucks at home and everywhere we go. I always order the same thing and its ALWAYS just..fine. I get a lot of raw sugar in my coffee and ALWAYS have to stir again when I get to my destination. I can NEVER just get my coffee and drink right away, the amount of half and half is always just..fine, never perfect. Let me say this, and let me say it in all caps. THIS COFFEE WAS PERFECT. I have NEVER in ALL MY YEARS of visiting Starbucks received a perfect coffee. This one was PERFECT. I can not express how perfect it was. 10/10.

Its a mobile pick up spot that always delivers prompt service and the tasty bevs. Even when busy if need be they will take your order promptly.

Consistent good drinks and great customer service
Employees always very nice. I picked up a pre-ordered coffee today, was in a hurry with a long drive ahead - coffee and classical music. Ahhhhh. Consistent with my recent SBUX experiences across the board, the coffee was AWFUL. Reasonably hot but brewed at half-strength. Looks like the new CEO wants to offset costs by diluting (literally) the product. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the employees at the counter, they were apologetic but I had to hurry along.
I later complained online - NOT EASY. SBUX does not want to hear from its customers. I also noticed $0 credit coming from the store after my verbal concern. They don't care

The employees at this location are the absolute best! I always feel welcomed every time I go in to get my beverage/food, they never disappoint! I come to this location quite often and every time I’m always greeted and helped with as soon as I step into the establishment. Will always be my go to place ! :)

This is the most ridiculous Starbucks I’ve ever seen. It feels wrong to even call it a Starbucks or even a coffee shop.
There’s not one seat in the place. This is bad branding on Starbucks part. They need to rebrand this to have its own concept. It should be listed as a mobile or pick up only. It was extremely frustrating to stop while on a road trip thinking we were going to encounter an actual coffee shop with normal things like a restroom, tables and chair. Starbucks leadership needs to get this corrected ASAP if they’re gonna continue trying out these concepts and other cities otherwise you’re just gonna piss off more customers.
Great service at this small Starbucks location. Employee was very friendly and helpful.
Mostly just pickup place for mobile orders. I walked in, looked lost, and the staff recognized that and walked me thru the process. Excellent coffee and snack.
Zero stars for this location sorry for the honesty I been in every Starbucks location in Durham but this one is bad!!! Bad!!! I won’t even going back to it the first time I was there it was ok second time I was waiting for like good 10 min no one came and help me so I left and third time my drink was full of foam very little drink I don’t get it price are expensive and bad service please don’t visit this place
