coffee is fine, but service is absolutely terrible and incredibly backed up all of the time. 20+ to receive your drinks.

Insanely busy store- we were a little upset as the barista set the lid on the drink and didn't fasten it which led to a huge disaster, but they were way too busy to address what happened. Also, you can't just go to the restroom at this location, they have coded locks on the doors and sharps (needle) collection amd disposals in the bathroom, which was a bit concerning. With all the pastries and syrups, I don't think this is a place diabetics frequent to the point of needing sharps collection apparatus. Finding a place to sit was difficult, lots of people sitting around with computers and noise cancelling headphones mixed with auper loud conversations.

This Starbucks is very slow, not sure if they don’t staff people on the drive thru but they were not busy and the drive thru took a fairly long time. Be ready to wait.

They ALWAYS refuse to make certain coffees after like 8. They always come up with excuses such as their machine is down or they already cleaned it. A whole hour sometimes 2 before closing. HORRIBLE

Imagine pulling up to the drive-thru, and a man comes to the window asking if you placed your online order from the parking lot. You say no, and he replies, ‘That’s weird—we just got it two minutes ago.’ Meanwhile, we’d already been waiting in line longer than that.
To top it off, the drinks were made wrong, and the danish wasn’t even warm. Never again.

While this is my favorite Starbucks to go to, I would love to be able to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee. I go in about twice a week and all the tables are always full of people on laptops. So there is no where for just a cover lover to sit and enjoy some coffee. The baristas are friendly, and service is good....but I'd like to sit inside and enjoy my coffee.

The older lady at the drive through ALWAYS gets orders wrong and isn’t familiar with the full menu especially crème Frappuccinos. Not coming here again.

Came in today to place a large order, said it from the very beginning so they could be aware that it could take a while, but the person who took my order had no patience whatsoever. He kept trying to rush us, and when we were trying to pay, I told him that I wanted to scan my app to earn points and since the WiFi was slow it was taking a few minutes to load, but he didn’t even give one minute he kept repeating our total and I had to pay right away without scanning the app since he was in a rush. I get y’all could’ve been busy (didn’t seem like it at all) but it doesn’t cost anything be polite/nice. I kept observing him with the people that walked in after us and he wasn’t as rude to them, he didn’t rush them so I don’t have a clue what his deal was with us.
He has long hair, on a ponytail, supposedly the “chef” I guess that means the supervisor but I think they should consider putting someone else in charge because he was very very rude.

Girl with beanie, 2 braids and glasses working afternoon shift on Saturday is extremely rude. Waited 25 minutes for my drinks silently because I didn’t want to bother any workers but i finally had to ask, the girl told me to wait and ignored me for 2 minutes then asked me with an attitude and a dumb face what did I order and when as if she wasn’t the one who took my order 25 minutes ago, and unwantingly told her coworker to fix it for me while she hid in the corner. Turns out someone took my drinks 20 minutes ago and no worker said anything. Fix your workers if she isn’t happy at her job she shouldn’t be there.

There should be a no soliciting sign on the front of the store. I went in today and had someone beg me to get them a drink which I did and they tried to keep my change. I talked to someone and they told me they are repeat offender of asking for money and trying to steal tips. There needs to be a stronger backbone manager to escalate this and ban this person. Because when I walked out the store they kept hackling for my money. And the staff knows it’s an issue.
This morning for the first time I went in Starbucks I work nearby atleast 10 people working maybe less everybody looked at me when I opened the door nobody said a word I thought nothing about it until a white lady came in after me and they said welcome in and then continued to other white patrons look at the end of the day Tim was white he took my order was very professional and even gave me suggestions for a sandwich. The oriental guy and there was a black girl just stared at me never said a word put my food down never said nothing . I will never come back but treat all people equally is all I am saying .
