Usually very good service however today I ordered for in store pick up before I went to work and when getting there was a private event going on which was fine but not advertised on the app or website and still allowed me to order for in store pick up when it was actually not available. The drive through line was long. It is understandable but I probably would not have gotten it today if I had known.

We placed an online order right before entering the drive thru to avoid calling our order out in the speaker. They pointed out we just placed it and that it was obviously gonna take a while. I understand but also it would’ve taken the same amount of time as if we had ordered it over the speaker and nobody was rushing them😂once we went to the window, the barista told us to wait 5 minutes next time before going to the drive thru like ok?? We didn’t need that and also we were ok with waiting the same amount of time as if we had just placed the order then. What made it worse was that no one was in line but us. I get it but also they need to learn how to keep their comments to themselves…especially when it’s really not needed.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich which was essentially thrown into the bag with the cheese oozing everywhere. I had to ask for a napkin even though it was pretty obvious that a customer would need one for this. And also ordered a sugar free iced latte which had a powdery substance at the bottom of the cup (inside the coffee). Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location.

The staff here are absolutely rude, especially the lighter skinned woman in the messy bun who I believe may have been a team lead or manager tonight. I dislike coming to restaurants right before they close so I didn’t expect such a nasty attitude coming from an employee when I showed up 40 minutes before closing. 40 minutes is not inconsiderate at all, but as always, I made sure to be extra nice because I’ve worked in the service industry for years. I have a 3 hr drive across state lines and needed something to get me through the rest of the night. I asked if a drink had nitro brew in it and got a rude “NO” reply back and an eye roll. Then I got another smart reply with a condescending undertone after I stated my order. The guy by the window tucked his head in shame when I looked at the woman in her eyes for getting smart with me and rolling her eyes. Her attitude changed a little but not much to be honest. I even tipped to be nice since I’ve had a hard day at work also, and STILL got a nasty attitude from most of the staff. I rarely leave reviews because I just brush most things off, but being that rude to a nice, paying, and tipping customer is ridiculous. Just… DO BETTER.
