My experience here today was great. I came in with a request I wasn't sure about and was not only given several options on how I could get my drink, but both Paris and Keimauri went above and beyond with friendliness and service. These young ladies gave phenomenal service and deservesrecognition for their efforts.

It’s about 7:00pm on 8/24 and I wanted to purchase a cup… as I’m looking to see which one I want to pick the cashier is cussing up a storm talking to someone at the table. Unprofessional and just tasteless!!! I have a mouth of a sailor, but I sure know when to cut it off when I’m in public, especially at work!!!

Rude service. The food was covered in flys, crawling in-and-out of the pastries. I mentioned it to the person and they just shrugged. What's worse is that someone behind me ordered something and she pulled from the same area.

I decided to write this review because I had the best customer service AND pumpkin spice latte from Dylan! It was my first PSL of the season and it couldn’t have been any better. Thank you.

They never have popular or rather regular menu items in stock, ie. egg bites, biscotti etc. Mostly just the drinks and breakfast sandwiches. It should be called a limited Starbucks kiosk. Always disappointed, so I won’t be wasting time here. There’s an actual Starbucks not far from here.
Waited 10 minutes for the person infront of me because the reader was not working properly. Finally got to order, 4 other people already got their drinks and food and still havent got mine been waiting for 22 minutes now finally went to the front and told “MADI” like hey what about my drink. And “MADI” said, well the frapps takes longer to make so im just getting the line first and simple orders then ill make yours. I GET IT BUT THE LINE WILL NOT DISAPPEAR MADI and if i havent said anything i wont get my drink not until 12 noon at this point. I dont know if she’s just new or lazy. What happened to first come first serve basis starbucks?

Very slow and very cold service. I said hello, she said nothing and just stared at me. So I placed my order and she turned around without saying anything.I was the only one in line and still waited 10-15 for cold brew coffee.Also asked for low ice and she filled it to the brim.

While shopping in the Harris Teeter grocery store, I noticed a Starbucks in the front, corner of the store. It's a nice large, open area with lots of room to social distance. As you walk in, there famous name brand cups, mugs, and fun nik-naks are on display. I ordered my drinks, and pupacinos, and waited for them to be prepared. After handing us our drinks, it looked like one of the Barista's was purposely spilling something down the back of the machine, and onto the glass window. I didn't think she realized the spill was all over the window, (behind the frothing machine, and next to the area where they push the drinks out). So, I told her the liquid spilled onto the glass. She stated, "It's not a spill, I was spraying the bugs." The other Barista working with her looked mortified. I was mortified. I couldn't believe she actually said that, (out loud). Needless to say, I left the drinks, and pupacinos on the counter, and very quickly walked out. I was so happy that there is a Starbucks within walking distance from my Aunt's house, but unfortunately I will never go back there again.
