We’re from out of town but are here maybe 6 times a year. We always stop at this Starbucks out of convenience and they are ALWAYS out of what we want. It’s become a joke at this point. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have never been able to get what we want at this

Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes to find out no credit cards in the drive thru. So we went inside….no whip cream, no cold foam, no peppermint, no sugarplum cheese danishes……everything we wanted to order was “we don’t have that right now.” Needless to say we left with nothing!

Just left the drive through (around 1:40 pm Sunday) and though we got the order fast, we received no “thank you” from the guy for the tip ($.83 for a $3.17 order—over 20% for just picking up an order at the window) and no thank you for our business. That’s just rude and unacceptable.

I drove through the drive-through. The food was horrible. I looked and tasted like they put it in a macrowave, bagged it, and gave it to me. It didn't look anything like what was advertised. It was my first time ordering from Starbucks, and it may be the last.

Quick service, friendly staff. When the drive thru gets a long line, mobile ordering and walking in for a pick up is often a little faster.

Usually I like this Starbucks but today they got my mobile order wrong. We got 3 summer berry drinks instead of just 2 with a strawberry Açaí. We live 45 minutes away and my husband didn’t notice what I had ordered until he got home. He never checks because they’re usually very good with mobile orders. Not sure how and who dropped the ball on an order placed through an app to be picked up. It’s all right there.

The mochas at this location used to be good but recently the coffee tastes either burnt or as if it had been batched together. I typically place an order through the app and I have visited during different times but the mocha somehow always tastes like a dried up hot chocolate - if that’s possible.

Drive thru service terrible old guy named Ray yells at customer if you drive off claiming your not verifying your order when you do. They need a happy person at the window not him...also my order was wrong and was overcharged not the 1st time. Never going
