Literally been in the drive-thru line for 20 mins. This Starbucks location is always very slow with mediocre drinks. Sometimes I just drive to Roxboro Rd Starbucks because I know the drinks, service and speed there is much better than Guess Rd.

The employees are always snarky and have attitudes. Ruin my coffee experience. It seemed to be better before it was “renovated “

Drive thru.

Went thru the drive thru around noon on October 29th. I sat at the window for 8 minutes and could see my order just sitting there while the staff Ray was taking other orders for cars behind me. When I finally got my order there was no acknowledgement of the wait or any apology. It didn't seem like the other staff helped Ray. Something was off for sure.

After being extremely excited to try $50 worth of pumpkin spiced products, the incorrect drink was handed to me out of the window. When I, very politely, informed the employee (Ray) of this, he was very rude. They were busy so I understood what may have caused the mixup being a former barista. However, from someone who spends a lot of time trying Starbucks products with my family, this ruined the entire experience for us.

I had a DoorDash order and I called to let Linda know she did a good job with my matcha drink 🙌🏼🍵 best I have had so far from a Starbucks shop !!!-Liz /Aixa
I will rarely write a negative review, but this is the worst Starbucks in Durham.
I was in there on a very hot day and experienced how they neglected someone a cup of ice water. You don't neglect free water to anyone. Their management has gotten ridiculous.

Today I picked up two large Venti frappe’s, and one large Venti iced coffee and a Pup cup. On my way home, the drinks flipped in the car, one all over the front seat two all over the back floorboard and the pup cup. My husband sent me back to Starbucks while he took my car to get cleaned. When I mentioned to the barista, Hadassah, what had happened she said oh no and as she put my drink order in again, said I remember making these drinks, this is going to be on us. My eyes teared up, and I cannot tell you how much it meant to me to have this experience. It turned around my day. 😊

Starbucks in Burlington was one of the worst experiences I've had. The person at the window didn't give me the correct change back 2.00 plus I had given her a tip. She has a very nasty attitude.
Horrible. I asked for a Grande acai refresher with strawberry purée and vanilla cold foam , water instead of lemonade and Blended/mixed. They gave me my drink with lemonade not water , ice and it was un blended.

I have been having problems with this location for years but today was my limit and I will not be returning to this location. I felt very rushed and the person taking my order was very pushy when no one was behind me
In the drive thru. I then had problems with my Apple Pay and the young lady kept moving the chip reader making it extremely difficult to pay. I always tip but today I felt very uncomfortable and unsatisfied. I work in the hospitality industry and would treat customers the way I have felt today. Hoping that this location will do better with hiring more friendly staff.
