coffees were great. no mistakes at all with our order. The register person and barista were also super great and very kind and friendly. Unfortunately behind the bar was a complete DISASTER. There was spills everywhere, knocked over things, ingredient holders open without lids, multiple whipped creams sitting out, and dirty pitchers. normally I get if you're busy you don't always have time to keep it 100% perfect but there was NOBODY in there and you can see the mobile order board in there.....maybe 4 other drink orders. bathrooms were gross too. the staff is very sweet but I was nervous drinking stuff from here I'm so sorry

The worse cappuccino ever. I kind of hope for a better coffee. My coffee was tasteless to say the least. Cappuccino from a gas station is way better and half of the price.

I'm so sorry for a great coffee shop like Starbucks to have a front cashier like a lady called " Chelsy Donald"!First of all she was talking to me very loudly, I don't know why! I asked for a cup a English breakfast tea, small size, some places add a singe tea pat and some two! I asked pls use two, and I want to have it as refill! I should my app to scan it, she started asking very loudly and disrespectful way, that you need to sit in the shop! Otherwise no refill! I show her the laptop bag that I'm here to stay to use my laptop! Again she asked will you bring your cup from the car??? I said I have nothing in my hand I'm ordering it now! I said if I wanted to use the old starbucks cup, it would be in my hand! Why you ask these questions? I told her this is my cellphone I'm keeping it in front of the card reader just charge me what you think you should!!!She said sorry I can't give you service,She was very nervous and went other side!Without any reason this behavior for a simple tea ordering was really unacceptable in front of others in the shop! Starbucks shops need to be more intelligent while they hire people! Before the quality of the shop products, stuff communications are important! Now I came out of the shop and opened a complain case for her! Very disappointed...

The manager on duty on thursday Feb 22 2024 was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. The place is always extremely crowded, and the food is pre wrapped frozen garbage. The coffee is good though.

This morning a team of three (including Eli, Chelsea, and Issac) had great energy despite a huge rush. Very kind to every customer that came in and obviously were supporting each other behind the bar. Way to go!

Absolutely slammed this morning with a wait 20 people deep in the store waiting for mobile orders... and instead of focusing on those, they continued to take and prioritize new orders from the register . Took over 25 mins for one drink After the time it was supposed to be done. I understand being short staffed but a) you guys knew it was a promotion day; you should have staffed accordingly and b) stop taking and making new orders when you have people who've been waiting a half hour and are late for work!
Will never be back! This was absurd.

The service here is actually HORRIBLE. They messed up my order THREE times and the workers are so bad. It takes them absolutely FOREVER to do anything and they made our drinks bad after waiting so long for them.
