The manager on duty on thursday Feb 22 2024 was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. The place is always extremely crowded, and the food is pre wrapped frozen garbage. The coffee is good though.
If you are going to leave your area let someone know so they can cover you while you help another customer. Also, when does sweeping the floor takes priority of helping a customer?

This morning a team of three (including Eli, Chelsea, and Issac) had great energy despite a huge rush. Very kind to every customer that came in and obviously were supporting each other behind the bar. Way to go!

Absolutely slammed this morning with a wait 20 people deep in the store waiting for mobile orders... and instead of focusing on those, they continued to take and prioritize new orders from the register . Took over 25 mins for one drink After the time it was supposed to be done. I understand being short staffed but a) you guys knew it was a promotion day; you should have staffed accordingly and b) stop taking and making new orders when you have people who've been waiting a half hour and are late for work!Will never be back! This was absurd.
