I got the cauliflower wings with Mac n cheese. It was amazing. Did not feel like I was eating cauliflower. To me the prices was good for a food truck. The owner was very nice. I would definitely eat here again

Stuffyman’s came to my apartment complex tonight! My fiancé and I both got the cauli wing/mac combo, they were DELICIOUS!! Would definitely recommend!

I have never tried vegan food, and I HATE cauliflower! The owner let us try some wings and his new concept food item, and it was DELICIOUS!!! We were so surprised it tasted so good and will definitely look for you next year here!

The cauliflower wings and vegan Mac combo is so good!!

Tried at the Pickleball Tournament yesterday in Cary. Was so glad there was a vegan food truck. Your macaroni and cheese was the best I've had !!! So delicious ? Hope to see you soon at another event in the triangle :) Apex ? Or Durham or Cary hopefully.

Best food truck ever! Delicious food that I never would have guessed was vegan if I didn't already know. Even more amazing human running the show. Definitely one to go to whenever they are close to you!🙌

These cauliflower wings are incredible 🙌🏼 Eric aka Stuffyman is a gem and I’m so happy to have some quality vegan options locally. Highly recommend!!
