Was here for my sister's surgery. Had the sweet onion chicken Teriyaki. She did heat it but it was still a little cold. The ladies working there were very nice.

Lazy unprofessional staff here. Staff arguing with eachother while not preparing food. Staff is uncoordinated. Staff who make the sandwiches don't have any sense of proportion. I asked for a little sauce and the guy drenches the whole sandwich with sauce.Vegetarian options: Old dry veg pattie

Not just the Subway but the ENTIRE ATRIUM sucks!!! you can get a Monster drink or a Fruit juice loaded with sugars....but don't try to find a soft drink or a sweet tea because they aren't having it!!! Who do they think they are to dictate what we can and cannot drink????? Get a real life KAREN!!!! Oh and $45 for 3 slices of pizza and a salad!! What a bargain!!!! pffft nothing to wash it down with thoughDietary restrictions: They WILL tell YOU what you can drink!!!!

Nasty! While these people are making food for doctors, nurses, and patients that are sick, the employees are talking about having viral infections and leaving their Drs note in the car. Not supposed to be at work, wiping her nose, IN FRONT OF US while making our sandwiches. That’s not acceptable at any restaurant, but at a hospital, that’s just a lack of respect for anyone and everyone around and you deserve to be fired!

Employee making my sub told me I "couldn't add pepperoni to my meatball sub if I didn't get a combo but thaft rule only applied to the meatball." I could hear another employee say "now you're just making up stuff." This is in a hospital, nobody wants to deal with you trying to be funny. Guess subway doesn't like extra money
