Attitude was terrible and reflected in the food. I would rate zeros stars if I could. I will be contacting hr this is unacceptable. They really need to step it up, its sad that I love subway and am slowly turning away because of the employees, and theyre work ethic. Whatever going on I hope it changes soon. THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY IN DURHAM! And I truly mean it and here's your proof would you eat this ? This is what I paid for. I have time today.

Hard stale bread!

Really good costumer service and really good food
The bread on my sandwich was stale. It’s simply impossible to enjoy a sub with stale bread. I thought Subway prided itself on bread baked fresh every day. Not this one I see. Also now I know why the 2 people ahead of me got out of line. They could see the low sanitation score. I won’t be back.
The girl has a very bad manner when it comes to serving customers.
Customer service is horrible, and the sanitation score is low. Flies were flying all around the open food when I approached the counter and a Latina lady with ginger hair was sitting down scrolling on her phone, once she realized she had a line of customers she hopped and just put gloves on. So we don’t wash our hands anymore before applying gloves and making someone else’s food? Overall I arrived with intentions to order a sub however left empty handed after the experience I had.

I asked for a cup of ICE and they said they don’t do cups of ice or cups of water??? This is the first place ever to tell me they can’t do a cup of ice/water.

Tasteless sandwich, very nasty. I asked for light mayo instead of the woman using that she used the regular mayo and I informed her if that and the response was it's the same thing instead of giving me what I wanted. We also got a churro and it was only fair. It needed more cinnamon and the churro was not worth the price. I will never get anything from this location again.

They need more staff it's extremely slow and I've only ever seen one person working. The gentleman behind the counter was apologetic for the wait and made it a 2 star experience but the food is meh
