What seems like the store manager has an incredibly nasty attitude. Came in at peak lunch times when the line was long & the staff is busy/working hastily. As I was at the checkout counter, another customer came to the front with a messed up order. Store manager took the food from the customer, and went down the entire line loudly reprimanding his staff, with a nasty tone saying “Who made this?!??” “Does anyone know what their doing?!!” It was to me, as witnessing over the counter, clearly a mistake/miscommunication as the food went down the line. As someone who worked in food service before, it was incredibly frustrating to see a store manager be verbally rude to his staff IN FRONT of customers WHILE they are still continuously working on the busy line. All the store manager was doing was the cash register - why don’t you get in the line and make the sandwiches then if you know so much? Disheartening to see a staff treated so poorly, can’t imagine what goes on in the back. I wanted to give $ tips to the staff that was directly attacked/embarassed but wasn’t sure how to tip only him, and I bet the manager would’ve taken it anyway.

He’s trying to charge 17 $20 for a foot-long sandwich I went in there. He was made a racist joke saying everything can’t go your way so I said what do you mean by that he said I don’t worry about it so they was very nasty very arrogant and disrespectful

Once again up here for a Duke appointment for my daughter. We stopped here for lunch and I got a sweet onion chicken teriyaki. It was fantastic and not only that it had some weight to it. Made exactly the way I wanted to and delicious

Store Manager has a very nasty attitude. I placed an order online and did not realize I ordered it for the wrong restaurant. I tried to call immediately after I placed the order.
They refuse to pick up the phone to pick up the phone. they don’t close until 9 o’clock. I have been calling since 720 yesterday evening. Finally got someone Who said they were the store manager on the phone today and his attitude was nasty and he refused to resolve the issue of them not answering the phone so they could cancel my order. He hung up the phone and refused to help me. I wouldn’t come here if it was the last place on earth for me to eat disgusting place

Rude employees. Can't trust your timings.
When you are supposed to be open until 9:00pm, but you locked it 8:55pm. We were knocking the doors yesterdayat 8:55 but you did not even bother to look at the doors.

The ladies at front are nice, but the store is strugling to make it, the store does not take cupons, the customers would have to pay for full price at this location. Subway advertices cupons but we as customers pay for the owners bad financing when a store like this one strugles and wont accept your cupon.

They close at 10pm. Rolled up at 9:58pm. The ENTIRE staff was walking out after having closed everything down. The owner needs to looks into this as they are not adhering to their schedule.
