Very poor service, poured sprite from the fountain and black mold particulate came back. Reported and showed the worker the black in my cup and all she said is do you want sprite from the back. No apologies. I said no I am letting you know so it can be cleaned. Calling Health and Safety.

They got the items in the sandwich right, but the bread, which is the part I like,was stale and hard. How disappointing as I live too far from this location to go back today! Now all I've got is a sandwich that I have to eat with a knife and fork!! Peoole keep telling me to eat at Jersey Mikes!

Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes for one sandwich. I suggest just going inside because apparently both the people i saw in the back only help people up front first despite the parking lot having been empty when i got there.

I’ve eaten plenty of times this week at this subway. Today, I needed to get it delivered. I get the same thing every week: Home run ham. Lots of places seem to do this, but they did not give me the appropriate amount of ham. The sand which felt light. If you’re going to go, go in person. Maybe they think they can do this because they don’t see the customer face to face. I’m not coming back. I go at least 5 times a month… sad. Very sad.

2nd time visiting this location, disappointed both times, upon entering there is sign to state no longer accepting coupons, that's fine but both visits my portion size of chicken was small (compared to other Subway locations), there was not enough lettuce to cover the whole sandwich, tomato's still had a core, all those things I couldve let slide and not written this review over but combined with the fact that after discussing extensively that I wanted my bread toasted seperately from my meat and meat heated on the side (since she mentioned meat being cold), she still put the meat on and toasted it all together, just for longer resulting in some parts of bread being extra toasted and the parts under the meat being not toasted at all.
