This subway location has a sign that says "not taking cupons due to high costs and rising inflation" also you get very little meat and vegetables. I was afraid to ask to toast my sub and get charged for it.

This is probably the worst run subway I’ve seen. The guy saw me exit out of my car and locks the door during prime time. I wait for 30 mins and noone unlocks the door.About 5 customers come and leave during that time. Then I finally see that the drive thru starts up again and then notice that they take 20 mins for one order.Subway corporate, why are you giving this awfully run management this type of prime location? They are so incompetent that subway needs to investigate.

Went into the highway 55 Durham location last evening. Ordered Italian sub on toasted Parmesan Bread. The man behind the counter was working the window, handled the money and then made my sandwich. Never changed his gloves. After a hard day at work, fighting traffic, I didn't feel like fighting to get a new sandwich made. I looked over at the other employee behind the counter who changed her gloves after each customer. Paid for my sandwich, left a tip and once I reached outside I tossed it in the trash. I'm exhausted, once you touch the cash register and money, you should change gloves. Not happy

Pretty standard fare Subway experience. Facility was clean and staff was courteous and quick.Quality of ingredients was alright. Meats and cheeses were good, lettuce and tomatoes looked like they had been out for a bit (still good, just not "fresh cut/sliced" looking). Probably due to it being a slow Sunday when I went in.Got a Italian BMT and it tasted fine and more or less what I was expecting. Will be back to this location if I'm looking to eat Subway in this area again.
They don't pick up the phone if you call. They do not accept coupons due to "rising costs" even though that's why we need the coupons. They charge more for avocado than other subways do, and are very stingy with the amount of avocado. Next time, I'd choose another location that takes coupons to pay a few dollars less.

The people who serving sandwich were murmuring to give only less vegetables as much as they can. They look like the owners and they want to save as much as they can but they can not cut my sandwich into 1/2.And charge me full price!Worst service!
