I often come in this subway and haven’t had any issues until today. The Spanish lady was extremely rude to me because I made a mistake on my online order and i asked if she can fix it. She says to me why did you put it on the order if it wrong. Again I say to her it was a mistake can you please change it, she asked me again why did I put it there if I didn’t want! I’m thinking why are you trying to argue with me. She made me wait 10 minutes before she fixed!

The place is a mess. The manager is very disrespectful I go in to order and she rushing me to pick my toppings while she loudly smacks on chewing gum Makes me not want her to even make my food nor eat there. Every time I go in the store there is a child running around where the food is being prepped or some person who doesn’t work there in the back with the manager which shouldn’t be allowed. I wouldn’t want to eat where there are unauthorized people around open food very unsanitary.

**Review for SUBWAY® - Discriminatory Service**

I have never experienced such blatant discrimination until today at 7:30 PM. I placed an order at this Subway location, and when I arrived to pick it up, my order was inexplicably missing. When I asked for a solution, none was offered. Despite showing my receipt and proof of purchase, they still refused to provide my food.

To make matters worse, two employees, both Hispanic women (one with glasses and one without), used racist slurs in Spanish, not realizing that I understand the language. When they realized I could understand them, their tone changed instantly.

I had to call law enforcement to finally receive my food. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Do not shop here or conduct business at this location, especially if you are a person of color, as you may face discrimination and poor service.

And speaking to the manager she basically said she do not care and would not do anything to correct the disrespect.

Disappointed. Lately they have been very stingy with ingredients. Ordered the “double cheese” roll up and there was almost no cheese? Probably the last time I will go here.

The Hispanic women literally she put 5 little pieces of chicken on my foot long .! Is really disgusting the portion of items on my sandwich .. I pay for 2 tuna half sandwiches and was half spoon portion on each..! Sorry but the Walmart 85 subway is better than this ..

The meatballs that I ordered the bread was soggy and the meat was barely warmed and it was not very good at all and I'm not happy at all and I would like my money back I will be taking the sub back to the store to show them

I will never eat here again & here's why. Long story short, the Hispanic older looking female with the ponytail and glasses, sometimes no glasses but same female, her service was so rude, obnoxious, nasty, demeaning, hateful towards me that I actually changed my mind on getting the sandwich at the register. After I said nevermind, no thanks, she yells "GET OUT!" When she said that I just looked at her in shock like ??? Then she started yelling about me to the other customers in line bc I was still standing there. I quietly walked towards the exit and she 1!was still yelling at me. Said that she was going to call the police on me and spray mase in my face. She ran from behind the counter and raged at me like a raging bull when I told her that she was not going to lay a finger on me.
Bc I was quietly standing there not moving, in shock bc all i wanted was some tuna, told me I was black burnt charcoal, told me I was ugly, mocked my speech disability, put her finger in my face, continued to charge at me bc I was looking at her watching how she was acting towards me just bc I said nevermind. She also misgendered me, she followed me outside to my car, she continued to yell at me outside the store all while other black customers were present while she said racist stuff to me. I got in my car and left bc my blood sugar was already low and I really just need my sandwich. Do not eat here. Do not eat here. DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give a rating below zero I would. She looked like she was the manager on duty bc the other worker was a teenager. All I did was say nevermind, no ty. Then I paid very close attention to how she went off bc I've never seen anyone act like that over something small. My brother just died and I really didn't need to deal with all this extra but I will say that we serve an awesome GOD and I must be on the brink of greatness the way she attacked me. Those were demons that she was fighting, not me. Still don't make it right but vengeance is not mine. I'm just glad she didn't physically attack me. Do better!!

There’s this woman with glasses who is soooooooo rude I’ve seen many ppl leave cause of her customer service! Well today was my day cause there was bacon put on my partners sandwich and she’s allergic, she blamed us, we then asked for a cookie and out of my 25 years I’ve never seen a restaurant make a grave mistake , and not even offer anything! She made us make for the cookie lol 96 cents after my partner got violently sick. Horrible customer service !!!!

All I can say is , the three teenagers behind the counter we so high , they could barely function. Stumbing, unable to make eye contact, ... and so distracted by whomever was in the backroom, that they couldn't get my simple order correct. I stopped short of calling the police, because giving any more of my time to this is ridiculous. Maybe you can buy drugs instead of awful sandwiches

ONLINE IT SAY THEY CLOSE AT 10 PM EVERYDAY BUT WHEN YOU GO THERE, THEY CLOSE AT 9PM EVERYDAY. I ORDER MY FOOD ONLINE AT 9:10PM AND PAID FOR IT AND GOT TO THE RESTURANT AT 9:20PM AND THEY WAS CLOSE AND I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE RUN BUSINESS HOW THEY WANT TO.

My order incorrect, I ordered a BMT & Bcn sub. Preparer very rude the receipt clearly says BMT &Bcn. The preparer placed the bacon on a napkin and put in bag. Very disappointed , I will never return.
