The girl is cute I go there to get my subs she’s so gorgeous I always mobile order by the name Ezekiel
I recently started going there and so far no problems with the old Hispanic lady. My uniform is black hat black shirt or jacket. Black pants and shoes. I I am a loud person by nature and when I come in they know I am there. This is a high crime neighbor with surrounding stores victims of robberies. People that work in stores around Durham are afraid and never know if this is their last customer. Maybe their last day of life. Just reassure them things are ok. Going today if they have not closed down. Pray for all the stores in durham and get out and vote.
I will not waste another penny with subway, they barley put any veggies on it so you gave to ask for extra. When extra looks like 4 pieces of spinach them you know they are not taking care of the customer. Especially when you take the food back to remake right and still not done right!! Never got a toasted sub, the manager acted like she cutlet read all of the sudden. Then added 4 tomatoes and i told her that's not right bcz the order said less. She didn't add extra on the things she missed the first time. Poor customer service, and shoddy work.

Just got a combo here was not offered to choose 6inch or foot long then charged $3.36 extra for a tip. When I asked for the manager or owners phone number she tried to claim “No speak English” then she gave the $3 back but threw away my receipt and would not give me the manager or owners info. Thing is I would have tipped 20% had she given me the option. Cashier put it in on her own!!! She did the guy before me the same way

BOGO DEAL COMPROMISED..sure you get two sandwiches but they take 1/2 the meat off one and share it with the free one! Like i wouldnt noticed..im never returning at this location..

All I can say is horrible customer service. I hadn't been to Subway since the new menu. I mentioned that to one of the young girls and all I got was a blank stare. I mentioned the Italian sub and still a blank stare NEVER parting her lips to ask if I needed help finding a particular sub. The two young girls were not welcoming or helpful at all.
Also, they were skimpy on the food portions. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I am totally disappointed with my sandwiches. There was only a very very small amount of tuna and also the fixeings. No mayo or oil and vinegar as requested. NOT WORTH THE MONEY ANYMORE!
Very disappointed and disgusted personality with this worker . She need a proper training from subway .This is not acceptable. I ask for different bread she didn't care and gave different. She talked with other worker all the time in
Hispanic she is Philippine. Now days subway is losssing they popularity you need to think twice if you put this kind of worker to subway branches..I love going to subways but not this location anymore...
There are two Subways that are my favs for customer service and cultivated skills. This spot is one of them! believe the folks have stock in the business and if they don’t it should be offered. They care about this business or they have me fooled. Typically I order online, sashay on in for pickup which is always timely. If made-to-order was a person, the people here fit the bill! Sandwich or salad made to perfection. They run a tight ship on cleanliness, pleasantries and great healthy food!

I often come in this subway and haven’t had any issues until today. The Spanish lady was extremely rude to me because I made a mistake on my online order and i asked if she can fix it. She says to me why did you put it on the order if it wrong. Again I say to her it was a mistake can you please change it, she asked me again why did I put it there if I didn’t want! I’m thinking why are you trying to argue with me. She made me wait 10 minutes before she fixed!
Will never patronize this location again.

The place is a mess. The manager is very disrespectful I go in to order and she rushing me to pick my toppings while she loudly smacks on chewing gum Makes me not want her to even make my food nor eat there. Every time I go in the store there is a child running around where the food is being prepped or some person who doesn’t work there in the back with the manager which shouldn’t be allowed. I wouldn’t want to eat where there are unauthorized people around open food very unsanitary.

**Review for SUBWAY® - Discriminatory Service**
I have never experienced such blatant discrimination until today at 7:30 PM. I placed an order at this Subway location, and when I arrived to pick it up, my order was inexplicably missing. When I asked for a solution, none was offered. Despite showing my receipt and proof of purchase, they still refused to provide my food.
To make matters worse, two employees, both Hispanic women (one with glasses and one without), used racist slurs in Spanish, not realizing that I understand the language. When they realized I could understand them, their tone changed instantly.
I had to call law enforcement to finally receive my food. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Do not shop here or conduct business at this location, especially if you are a person of color, as you may face discrimination and poor service.
And speaking to the manager she basically said she do not care and would not do anything to correct the disrespect.
