I am very disappointed in this location. I ordered food on the app last weekend, it took my money, I go over to get my food and the place is closed for renovations. ????? Does Subway REALLY not have a way to disable a location from the app? Subway has removed all customer service numbers from their website. I was picking up food for myself and someone else so I’m out nearly $30. No one has responded to me from their little digital customer service assistant online. No one answers the phone at the store location. Their app is not the best anyway, but this is HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Money is not growing on trees right now, so to take nearly 30 dollars from someone meant to feed people… it shouldn’t have happened at all, but whoever is in charge should at least respond to customers.

I’m not the one to leave reviews but this one is warranted… ordered a sub through the app and it was stuck on the screen after payment saying “One moment please we’re processing your order” I got there within 15mins and my food was ready. I asked the lady that handed me the phone while showing her said screen how come it stayed on this screen is there something wrong with the app?? It was obviously clear to me she didn’t understand so I just gave up after asking her 3 times. While I was walking out I heard her calling me crazy In Spanish to her co-worker. I guess they didn’t know I understood Spanish because I’m black!! What pissed me off even more is that I left a tip in the app!! Never going back here again I’d rather starve to death!

I don't know where to begin. I do alot of online ordering. So i ordered from subway on Hillsborough rd. Durham. The sub was awful. None of the topping was accurate on my sub. Never order again from here unless I go in to order food.

The food was good, the service was very bad, especially with the lady with glasses in charge not only with the clients but even with her co-workers. She yelled horribly at a boy who was working with her just because he went to open the bathroom to a woman. lady who urgently wanted to take her daughter to the bathroom and she was very upset that the boy was going to help her, super upset, she and another man yelled at the poor boy
They serve you reluctantly today, this Sunday, January 14, they did not give me good service. I do not know if it was the manager, but he does not serve you in a friendly manner. This is my point of view.

I used to work at a subway, I know how to make a sandwich that has extra toppings. I only got double meat on my sandwich, and half of it was out of the bread. There was also no bacon on the All-American. It shouldn't be hard to make a halfway decent 6 inch, ESPECIALLY when there isn't anybody getting subway on Christmas. Do better.
The best subway ever. Their bread is so fresh it is insanely awesome! Fast workers with a smile!!!

Sub gave me food poisoning. Location was very far from clean. Unfortunately I didn't know as I placed an online order. As a walk-in I would have turned and walked out immediately.
