We got our food at 7:30, and they wouldn't let us dine I'm, because they were closing...at 8pm. The cashier was rude, and difficulty understanding a BOGO coupon. Also there was a shortage on grilled chicken, cheese bread, and spinach. I tried to get one of those new sandwiches, that came with a new bread. But they didn't have the bread. That's lame! And I asked for brown muatard, spicy mustard...yet I got yellow mustard. Definitely not shopping there again.

Charged my card online, arrived at the store, they said the did not receive my order. Was able to show them the order, where the order said to pick it up, and the store number on the transaction on my card. Transaction was not pending and went through, but they still did not give me my order. Will not be giving them business ever again.

I like subway, but this shop is always slow. One time I came in and there were no customers. The lady that was working, was in her phone and told me to wait one minute. That made me write a bad review:(

Food is good but the service is super slow! They tend to have one employee working most of the time. I only go to this Subway because it’s the closest to my home. I would eat here more often if the service was faster.

The owner, Enkat, keeps it very clean and bakes his bread in small batches so it is fresh! The guy who usually works behind the counter, is Simone. A lot of Subways, you have to beg for extra olives or tomatoes, not here. Simone will make anyway you like it. I live by SouthPoint Mall, but drive the extra distance to get these wonderfully make sandwiches. Try it, you'll like it !! : - ^ )

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine: Parking: 4 Location: 4 Decor/ambiance: 4 Customer Service: 4 One of the cleanest locations around! Super nice staff and great food. its your traditional subway, nothing more or nothing less! I will give them the fact that it is clean though... that is enough to drive past some of the others! Great food always fresh and warm! I'm a fan of the pizza's! Try them out will you?
