My favorite ice cream shop. The owner creates such unique Asian inspired flavors. Ube is my all time favorite. But truthfully, have not met one that they created that I didn’t like!
This is a cute ice cream shop and have to give props to Nat because I have been a longtime customer when he was at Sushi Thai. I saw that Sugar Koi received the best ice cream award recently so my son and I had to check it out. They make their own homemade Asian-inspired flavors like ube sweet potato, Thai tea, matcha green tea etc. Then the other flavors are all more traditional and from Hershey premium. I freaking love this place. The ice cream is so delicious and who doesn't love the little taiyaki koi! I tried this place when I came to visit NC months back, now I love around the corner and couldn't be happier! I don't think you can go wrong with anything here so try it all!
