I took the kids to Sweet Charlies. They had fun watching the rolled ice cream process—a slow process but well worth it. I had the So Cal, Banana, Coconut, Honey, and blueberries. The kids had Death by Chocolate with Brownie and Chocolate Drizzle. One guy there had it under control, and it seemed like two new people were training. Kudos to the guy. He was up and down the whole line helping and fixing everything.

This is my absolute favorite ice cream place. I have had great experiences here. The issue I have with this place is I just drove 40 mins to get this ice cream only to find out that they are closed until February 16th. Before going I made sure to look online to see if they were open and it said they were. No where at all did I see any updates saying they were closed until the 16th. I am also upset at the fact that this is the only place in my area that sells this type of ice cream.

The rolled ice cream is good and a unique twist for a cold treat. Everything I've tried had great flavor. The ice cream is definitely overpriced, which is why I don't give it a 5-star rating. There's not an extensive list of toppings, but there's variety enough for everybody to find something they like.

We really like their ice cream. We went today and the employee refused to wear a mask while making our ice cream . I did ask him if he would wear one while working and he refused. I canceled the order ?

The only bad news I have to share is that you'll need to part ways with every other ice cream parlor. This was the most amazing experience starting from an immaculate customer service all the way to the delectable last bite. The servers are extremely kind. They're also knowledgeable and considerate regarding allergens. Additionally, the establishment is well-lit and very clean. If you're at a restaurant please skip the dessert menu and head straight to Sweet Charlie's!

UPDATE: downgraded from 3 stars to 2 stars as the owner in comments here doesn’t even believe I visited the store. Well, I did, sir/mam, along with my baby and my wife who paid for the order! Instead of addressing the food quality the owner is looking to discredit the real customers posting the reviews. A pitiful position to be in…A waffle had too much of a rising agent. A milkshake and an ice cream felt like a lot of white refined sugar - all of that not a healthy food. Talk about diabetes and obesity in America…The customers should be aware of unhealthy effects of white sugar, chemicals such as rising agents and understand their health risks if they are visiting this store.——-Tried various items, didn’t enjoy either

Oh man, we did not believe there was a place near us where we could order hot, freshly baked cookies, even after 8 PM, but there is! It's a thing here! The problem with our local version is that us cookie lovers are second class to the rolled ice cream fanatics. The layout wasn't designed for Covid at all and so there's chaos -- people waiting to pick up mostly ice cream orders, a long line to order ice cream, and then you, the lone cookie lover who ordered online. Cookies take about 20 minutes and one hears the "ding" in the background when the timer goes off. Of course they need to cool off but after a minute you just want to leap over the counter, go to the back to scoop the cookies off into the box yourself and get going. Sadly, the army of workers (and even manager) in the front are focused on one mission: shimmying cream on a cold plate into rolls for the mob of impatient ice cream lovers' orders. Meanwhile you get the constant irritated "Are you in line?" comments as you wait patiently, trying not to be rude but standing your ground. It's worth the frustration. Few places offer cookies this fresh.

It was my first time trying rolled ice cream, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff were very nice and super helpful, however the ice cream was mediocre. It wasn't creamy, rich or flavorful. The toppings helped but not much. I ordered the Off Duty. It wasn't bad but was not worth the $7±.
it was ok but my family and i preferred ice cream from champloo it was cheaper but in the end better with better service

I've on my been to this place once. The first time was right after it forested opened with a friend and the last time was about a month ago. The first time I tried a rolled ice cream by itself. It wasn't too bad and I enjoyed it. This last time I decided that I wanted a waffle with ice cream. But due to Covid I ordered online. Online it asked me how I wanted my waffle flavored and my ice cream they were going to roll. So I proceeded to order my flavored waffle and ice cream. But when I got the waffle it was just a plain waffle, no toppings and no ice cream. After putting it together I enjoyed my ice B cream and waffle. While I wish it had been flavored all in all the ice Cream an waffle were still pretty good. I would just say that if your not going to too the waffles don't have them ask what type of waffle flavoring you would want
