I’ve been going here with my fiancée since we moved to the area and it’s great! The yogurt is great and the staff is so friendly!

There were like 5 flavors out and the whole store smelled like backed up sewage. Couldn’t eat inside because the smell was too bad and both tables were occupied outside.

Sometimes, what you want just can’t be delivered to your door. You have to get out of your house, hit the road, and go out of your way to find ultimate satisfaction.

Frozen yogurt is just such a thing. Oh, sure, you could order some yogurt from the grocery store, throw in your home blender and add some milk. But there’s something special about a wall of flavors, each promising its own special delight, grabbing the handle, and depositing just the right amount into a fun, just-for-you-sized cup.

Oh and toppings! You’re going to tell me you have, at the ready, a bar that boasts over two dozen toppings — from donuts to chocolate chips, from Girl Scout cookies to cake bites — all eager to be set by you, in the exact quality you want, in the exact place you want. And all this without the worry you'd have to deal with the mess?

Such are the benefits we found when we made our merry way from Apex to the SweetFrog Durham-Renaissance Center. Proprietor Kyle ensured the flavors were expertly mixed, the topping bar was well-stocked, and the decor was clean and inviting. We even marveled at the store’s musical entertainment - a refreshing mix of old school soul and today’s R&B.

This wasn’t our first experience here, but it was the first time we were moved to write down how much we enjoyed ourselves.
