Staff clearly knows what's gluten free, happily points it out on the menu and at the dipping sauce station. Dipping sauce station is super clean and appeared free of contamination, no mixing of ingredients/sauces. Vegan options are obvious on the menu, and plentiful. Service was stellar, and soooo was the food! This is is my new favorite, hands down. Show up hungry, the servings are generous.

visited here for the 2nd time after thoroughly enjoying the first time - the service was just as exceptional as the first time and so was the food. The 2-3 combo for 2 people is more than enough and the order comes out lightning quick, I'm talking 10 min max after the server took our menus away.
