The chicken was good, the taco and chips both had stale shells, the lettuce was beyond wilted, there were strands of melted black goo that I had to pick out. My order was messed up and I had to go back to the counter to get it sorted out and they acted like I was a jerk for wanting what I ordered. The price of the Taco Bell stuff was good, but the 2 pieces of chicken thighs I ordered were $8!!! There is literally a 2 piece dark meat meal with fries, a biscuit, and drink for $8.99... I didn't see the prices for individual chicken pieces listed but if I knew they were $4 each for thighs I never would have ordered them. The counter person should have warned me or steered me to the 2 piece combo for only $1 more .. Greedflation has gotten out of control. That was the last time I ever order anything from KFC. I can get an entire chicken rotisserie for less than $8!!

This is, undoubtedly, one of the least hygienic and poorly run businesses I’ve been to. I went a few days ago and ordered at the drive thru. They told me to pull around.
15 minutes later, I went inside to find the kitchen in disorder and asked how long it would be. The final straw was seeing the manager go from touching food, to grabbing her keys, then back to touching food without changing gloves or washing hands.
There were maybe 4 customers there and at least 5 people working and somehow they couldn’t make 4 tacos in 20 minutes.
Strong avoid. They will make people sick if they haven’t already.

This was the most disappointing experience at Taco Bell ever. The drink machine was all messed up. Tried getting Baja Blast Zero but some random dark colored soda came out instead. Asked the guy behind the counter and he was nice and filled it for me but with regular Baja Blast...can't have sugar! Then this lady finally walked over and said is was out and try something else...poor attitude. Ended up getting root beer thst tasted more like straight seltzer water...nasty. All this before I even sat down with my food which was a disappointment as well. Next time I'm in the area, I'll just go to Bojangles.

I ordered steak quesadilla, which is a BIG mistake, the steak is extremely salty!!! I have to throw it away! This is my first and last time trying Taco Bell due to the worse quesadilla ever ‼️
This restaurant should be ashamed of the quality of food that they gave me, if I dined in the restaurant I would have requested my money back

genuinely gross, don’t eat or order delivery here. game me hard shell instead of soft: STALE. doritos locos taco: STALE and tomatoes taste rotten. didn’t give my any of the packets of sauce i order nor did they gave me my side sauces i paid for. the vibe of the food looks like future food poisoning. guess ill wake up and see
