Worst taco bell, it was 1 am and the person working drive thru had my order in hand but busy on FaceTime talking and laughing, while I was patient, that was short lived after watching this person get my drink 5 mins into me waiting and watching while they held the phone up to talk more. This is the Best Taco Bell I've been to..
(Minus the one lady who was rude to me when I asked to change my drink, because it was nasty..) [Not a common occurrence]
On average, the food here is always amazing, and well crafted, especially in comparison to Other Taco Bell's, the employees seem like they actually care!
And aren't rude to me at all (typically)!
It even felt like I got hooked-up on my nachos the last time I ate there, by the guys lol.
That how great they turned out!
So I gotta give them their flowers! 🌺

Customer service terrible they caught a bad attitude with me . Food looked questionable, cold to touch , tacos were exposed due to being poorly wrapped and was thrown in the bag any kind of way with toppings falling out . It had a garbage smell and literally looked like they gave me something out of the trash . DO NOT EAT HERE . It’s super rare I eat fast food and this gave me the ick about ever eating out again !!

Matthew at this location was amazing! I was from out of town. Got Mex pizza from another Taco Bell that was wrong. I got turned around and went to his store instead of the original store. He remade my pizza without any hesitation (after he told me I was at the wrong store and we had a laugh) He was super nice about the whole situation! He needs a raise!!!! 🫶🏻
It was obvious that most of the staff was in training, so it took them a while to get the order correct, but the manager was very nice, and apologized multiple times for the delay
