The line was very long, but they got through it fast and my order was exactly correct. I have only been to this location once, but I wouldn't shy away from returning when I'm in the area.Overall, cheap food and snacks that taste good. Nothing fancy, but I guess that's some of the appeal!

Slowest drive through ever, they need to close this location or hire more people. If you get in line you better be prepared to wait 30min to an hour.

Avoid this location if you can, since its a combo Taco Bell and KFC its usually busy in general, but my experience pre and post pandemic hasn't changed much. Its usually slow and probably 1 in 3 orders is wrong, today they completely forgot one item, but not going to bother chasing a few dollars... I will say the window employees usually seem nice to customers but they seem under taffed.

I believe there has been staff shortage at this location and they have consistently attacked each of their setbacks since covid started. I understand the stress and shortages everyone has been dealing with in this pandemic but they have been adding winners to the team for a good while now. I wish I knew names to give shoutouts too, can’t remember time and date last time but the person doing the order was so concerned about good quality service and was phenomenal despite circumstances. Today at 12pm, on 9/9/11 the person in the blue shirt running drive thru took his job seriously! I’ve never seen them so on top of it . Drive through was moving faster than ever and the way he handled taking orders through the flash flood loud rain, getting it accurate, and genuinely smilingly at the window, he made it my best experience yet! Keep on hiring winners!

Avoid this Taco Bell location at all costs.Do not waste your time. Don't even pull through the line. This is the worst Taco Bell in town.4 out of 5 times I've visited, they are either closed before hours posted or only doing KFC. Then the one time I get it, it was the most vile Taco Bell I've had in my life. Please don't waste your hard earned money.

Lights was off. Place was dirty from the night prior. Customer Service from the ladies was great ,not so much from brother who looked and smell like he was high.

I honestly don’t know how this joint remains open. Same comment as the other reviews. Ordered and paid in the app and when I get to the restaurant they could only fulfill maybe 50% of the order.
This place never has its stuff together. Wait is never less than 30 mins. Might as well not call it fast food. Must be horribly managed and the employees have no clue.

I ordered food for 3 people online. They charged my card and everything. When we got to the restaurant to pick it up, we were informed "oh, they weren't serving taco bell today" and "they can't control what they cook". What in the actual world?!?! Why are you even open?!? This is ridiculous. I hope this location either gets it's act together or just close permanently.

I went to order 2 ten soft tacos and 2 ten hard tacos boxes and with 4 $5.00 boxes and was turned away they said that they were out of Taco Bell foods. But they was nice about it and the parking lot was clean.

Went here around dinner time on a Friday night. I expected there to be a wait and I know there's a labor shortage going on. I did my order ahead of time while I was in line on the website and after waiting in the line for about 15 minutes and getting to the window I was asked to pull around up front to wait for my order. I just asked for some hot sauce and they obliged so I pulled around and waited probably about another 10 minutes for my order. Ended up being no utensils in the bag for my cheesy potatoes and they forgot to put any sauce in there like I asked. The food was not bad but after waiting so long and not really getting any benefit from ordering ahead it was a bit disappointing to not get any of the sauce I requested either.
