I was there last night 12/13/25 and was told to wait so I parked by the entrance door to wait for my food. I had ordered the $9 discovery box, and chicken cantina. Wait 30 mins! Finally went inside and they told me they couldn’t make it. Why make me wait 30 mins for something you can’t make! Won’t be returning.

I come here pretty late after work most Fridays. My order is always correct, fast, and hot. The people working there work super hard, and they manage to still have a sense of humor even after being understaffed. They deserve a lot more recognition and praise than I’m sure they get — I literally go out of my way just to come here rather than the Taco Bell 1 mile from my house ( in north Raleigh ) because they do such a good job. Thank you guys !

This is a very good taco bell, one of the best even! It is very clean and new, and the drive thru does not have the AI. I always order a chicken flatbread with onions and jalepeño sauce and they were some of the best I've ever had. So much delicious sauce and the chicken is crispy! I have been here about 6 times so far and my order is always right ✅️

Hi I ordered a Mexican pizza yesterday evening and it did not taste right at all i got food poisoning from the Mexican pizza the shell did not taste right at all i been up all night long sick I called taco bell to report it and talk to the assistant manager and he told me they have been getting calls about there shells and food not tasting right so if there are others customers are calling why would you serve your customers food that people have been complaining about…the Taco shells Mexican shells and not just throw it away. I just don’t understand it, but I wind up getting sick behind it. Not good at all

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I ordered the Nachos Bell Grande, the second I took the lid off I was hit with a sour meat smell. I also ordered a Pizza. The sauce on it was sour as well.
Ive eaten here before and everything was fine. But the last few times its on gone down hill.
This location is an absolute mess. I do not understand how they are still in business. Try to find the beef in this crunchwrap. What a joke lmao

Didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Paid for supreme and you can see they were basic tacos. You Know, the typical issues with fast food. Like I shouldn't be surprised. Reached out to restaurant for resolution and as you expect, no answer. We'll skip this one if you happen to see this post and try another place unless you dont mind not getting what you order.

I am a DoorDash driver. I am attempting to deliver an order on 10/15 at 1 am and have waited for over 20 minutes. There at least 10-15 cars in the drive through and the restaurant is helping about 1 car every 5 minutes. DO NOT ORDER DOORDASH FROM HERE.

I’m not gonna lie. This is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and it is consistently good. The proportions in each item are on point and I always feel like all of the ingredients are made as fresh as possible not stale in the employees are kind. it feels clean and well put together.

Went through the drive through and the guy that took my order and was at the window was super rude and mean. I asked what comes on a taco and he was so mean and not answering my question. I had got to the window and he was still so rude and just mean. I was super kind and just asked one question. I had to just leave because he seemed very on edge and upset. Anyway, so discussing how he treated me. Never will go to this location if he’s there.
