Well it is after 18:00 you would think that things around a little faster so I stood in line behind about six cars for some time, then decided to go inside so there I found out they don't take your order to counter anymore You have to enter it on a kiosk.

So I asked someone how long did they wait for their food and they said they thought about 10 minutes.

Remind me not to stop here anymore.

Something told me to McDonald's but....

Great food here. Always has been. But customer service? Only the girl there, though. Not all the girls, just this one girl, asking obvious questions ...then giving attitude back as an answer like I'm the therapy session to take out all of her low-wage lifestyle on while I'm feeding her with my higher wages that I guarantee I make. Trust me, only if the made 55 an hour...only if. It's like why spend money on this stuff if attitude is the main ingredient, but what do expect when section 8 can't make at least 20? Makes sense, but look, I'm still gonna leave this here as my release.

Very longggg wait only to end up with the incorrect order. I checked the KFC order & it was wrong, but didn't check the Tacobell order until I got home & it wasn't what I ordered. Never again.

Went on a Sunday and there were only 2 or 3 people working in the back and to many orders. We ended up leaving without our food or being reimbursed. Wasn't the fault of the workers but of the manager of this facility. If they had a physical person taking orders, they could have told people about the wait time and also reimburse people who needed to cancel their order. Kios was all they had. Again feel bad for the staff.

I'm just a pregnant lady who wanted some Taco Bell. Ordered it through the Taco Bell app. It finally arrived and the driver looks at me like a deer in headlights when I ask him where the rest of it was (order two tacos and a deluxe cravings box w/drink) after he handed me a small bag. He had double-checked with the 'workers' here that this was everything because it didn't look like it was everything I had ordered, but they told him it was everything and started copping an attitude. There was nothing else in his car and he made good time here from the restaurant.

Shame on you.

Taking 40mins to complete an online pick-up order is absolutely insane! I've got 10yrs exp in restaurants and still currently part time bartend. I couldn't imagine my guests waiting 40mins for food! Not to mention everything is so horribly overpriced it's ridiculous. Officially adding taco bell to my "Do not support" list. Taco bell used to be the place to go, but with quality dropping and price rising, it has become abs trash and a dissapointment.

Ordered take out.
Wrong food.
Called and I asked if Cantino burritos come grilled. He said yes. I said these did not come grilled plus Wrong ingredients. He say I got the right burritos and was ugly about it. Said I wad Wrong. I said my normal taco bell I order the same and it's completely different. So gross. I had A 16 shift and had to eat it or go hungry. Never again. No respect. Disgusting food.

I only asked for an order and it took more than half an hour for them to give me my order, they didn't serve the bathrooms and it smelled very bad, I won't go again.

I placed a mobile order and received no food or refund. My app said my order was ready for pickup however an employee told me they were out of nuggets and I would have to go through the app to get a refund. I’ve left 1 or 2 complaints on the app before and never got any answers back.

The sign said they were open at 9am. I walked in at 9:10am. I go to the kiosk to order and someone comes out and says “they can’t take orders through the kiosk and I have to go through the drive through” I let them know that I can’t go through the drive through because my car is being worked on at precision tune auto. The man goes to the back and tells his manager. She does nothing and he comes and tells me someone will come take my order.

I stand there for 10 min watching more than one person doing nothing (there were 4 people and I was the only one there). Then the manager comes up to me and asks what I was waiting for. I tell her I’m just trying to order breakfast.
She says “you have to use the kiosk”
“The man said not to use the kiosk”
“You have to use the kiosk
“Okay”

I go to the kiosk and while I’m putting in my order the manager comes back out and shouts out toward me “we don’t have breakfast right now” then leaves. No explanation. No, list of what they do have available. Nothing.

Also, the floors and tables were slimy and slippery.

Went in to pick up an Ubereats order, easily the worst restaurant I've been in. As I was waiting for the order, I noticed one of the cooks drop a bag on the floor, landing sideways. She just picked it up and shoved some food in it; now whoever eats that order might as well have licked the floor of the kitchen. 🤢

So after TEN minutes of waiting, the guy behind the counter just tells me that the order was already picked up. He goes back to ask around one more time and tells me the same thing. So I cancel the order and turn to leave. Just before I open the door, the manager yells out to me and says "Hey, did you cancel that? Cause the order's right here!"

.....so not only is this place unsanitary, I just lost about 10-15 bucks for canceling an order (plus the gas to get there) because they can't keep track of what they make.

Save your money. Go ANYWHERE else.

This location is hilarious. It’s always something - on tonight’s adventure we were told that they don’t have crunchy supreme tacos… but yet they had regular crunchy tacos????? Just save yourself the stress
