We waited to place an order and was told to use the kiosk. Kiosk don’t have the options I needed and had to ask for help to what one responded . I have to wait till I’m done making this order in a rude manner . All the three employees looked bothered by us and anyone who came in. Rude and no customer service .food was cold … saw an older couple come in and they were rudely told to use kiosk so they turn around and left … chick fil-a should share they’re customers service class … with Taco Bell cus is very much needed…

This location has improved over the past few months. I think they're still shorthanded sometimes and sometimes there's a wait, but unlike before, it seems like people working there are doing their best. We used to go out of the way to avoid this location, but it's our main one again.

It is very sad to see this Taco Bell branch is not the same as it used to be like 20 years ago. The restrooms are dirty, the staff inattentive and the food quality is poor!!!.My family regrets going to this branch. I am surprised that they are still open!… I think the Taco Bell at a mall branch nearby is way much cleaner with better food and customer service.

Never had a taco bell that gave us food that tasted like chlorine/soap. The hard shell taco and the Baja blast both tasted this way. On top of that, they were having customers come inside to fill their own drinks because their soda machine was down, takes 2 seconds for the to walk around the counter to fill them up. Then, while filling our own cups, the machine was spewing soda all over the place. This place needs shut down.

Decided to make a quick TacoBell run. We ordered online & prepaid. Pulled up to the drive through and they told us to pull around, so we did and waited 30 minutes. We pulled back through, and again were asked to pull around and waited for an extra 30 minutes. They turned off the lights, an employee came out and told us they wouldn’t be making our food. Instead of refunding us, we were told we could dispute the charge with Cashapp.

Do not order from this store. I have ordered twice now and both times the food was not how I ordered it. I realize it's fast food....but there's a lot to be said for taking a few extra seconds to actually READ the order and put effort into making the order the correct way. A one-armed, blind, deaf quadriplegic could do a better job.
I asked for pico on two items...it was not included. The cheesy, beef and bean burrito was 95% beans. I also asked for extra nacho cheese on the burrito....it was barely enough to counter the pound of beans in it. The cravings box came with chips and cheese...there was barely a teaspoon of cheese in the cup. The quality gave the sense that the person prepping the food cared more about how quickly they got it done rather than doing it the right way. Last time I was in there, I suggested to the manager that the white guy with face piercings, prepping the food should get a little more training because he was blasting through without any care and I could see from where I was standing that he wasn't putting the proper amount of ingredients into the food. I was told he was actually one of the best workers they have. After getting the trash food I recieved today...that checks out. Absolutely awful and the owners should scrap the whole crew and start over. I won't be going here again.

They always forget items from my orders, and they’re constantly understaffed to boot. Instead of getting them more help, it seems the franchise decided to do “AI ordering” instead. Really sad because the employees are great people usually, very sweet and good at their job. But due to continuous understaffing and lack of support they always forget my items.

They gave out food to someone else and when the other person brought it back in (we were in the drive-thru) they took it from him and into the kitchen and told us to pull around because they had to remake our order. We waited less time at the door than in at the window and when we looked at our order, it had clearly been gone through by the other customer, things were unwrapped boxes were smushed and covered in food that had clearly been wiped off, there was even a hair on the side of a box. Food was missing and there was even a USED napkin in one of the bags. They took it back to “remake it” again after their manager argued with me a little. The food came back out and we were still missing food and had to wait even more. Got home and some of the food was ice cold, and some hot. We only keep having this one because it’s closest to our house but this place is insane.

It is no wonder this place only has a 3 star rating. Absolutely disappointing. We went inside to order. Used the kiosk to order because the last time we were there we were told all inside orders needed to be placed at the kiosk. We were the only ones in the restaurant. We placed our order, spoke to someone behind the counter to confirm our drink order was a sweet tea. So, they knew we were there. After 10 minutes I went back up to the counter to inquire about my order. They asked my name to find my order on their screen (even though we were the only inside order. I was told that there are a lot of orders and they are in order. I said, the woman waiting at the window for her order drove around to order around five minutes ago (we saw her and her car come around while sitting and waiting in the dinning area). Nobody responded to me. I waited another 10 minutes watching orders being made. But not mine. No comment from the manager on duty. No comment about having to wait. No apology. No making my order. Needless to say, we left. I called my credit card company and started a stop payment and charge back. This place sucks. Do Not Go here.
