Food took over an hour, which was already annoying, but the staff made it worse. They were pretty rude, and I saw one girl being especially rude to a DoorDash driver who didn’t speak English well. Instead of being patient, she basically told him off.

Waited 30 minutes for a famous bowl and a snacker box. My famous bowl had 3 pieces of chicken. They did apologize for the 30 minute wait by giving us cinnamon twist. Ahhh yes cinnamon flavored cardboard. Literally don’t come here.

EDIT 12/5 Went back today and the food and staff were much better! Would absolutely recommend.
The employees were very busy and the soda machine was broken. I understand they are short staffed, and that does suck, but they could definitely use more training. I got a normal soft taco combo meal and they put the wrong sauce in and put black beans in one of the tacos in place of beef. They also gave me a random biscuit (combination taco bell KFC) the food came out slow and wrong, but I do feel for the staff. They could use more support, and I'm sure once they get it things will be better! They were super nice and apologetic, so will likely go back again when it's slower so they can take their time to get things right.

If i could leave no stars i would. The employees here are so far from professional it’s crazy. Just shove the food bags in your face and say nothing else. Absolutely ridiculous. A 16 year old could do a better job than the lady at the window.

Truly one of the worst Taco Bell locations on the planet. Food always takes forever, they’re either understaffed or just don’t care and 80% of the time your food comes out cold. Not sure how this location has survived

The RUDEST servers. Cheesy roll up we’re all smushed into one and when I went back through (because I thought they only gave me one considering they usually individually wrap them) and the guy at the window snatched the bag from me, proceeded to hand it to the cook and they take everything out of the bag and open it up and counted in my fave “1 2 3 cheesy rollups” and I apologized and said they were usually individually wrapped to I just didn’t know and he says “yeah okay buddy” with the most attitude and then practically throws it back into the car at me. If you don’t want to be there and you hate your job then quit😀 this is the worst service we have ever received from here and for absolutely no reason.
