One of the supreme tacos had three little bits of tomato the other had half the beef. Clearly not made with care (even though I was the only customer in the restaurant)

I work closing shifts near here and this place is open when I get off work and every single night that I come here I regret it. service is slow as hell, they have all the staff cleaning after 10 instead of making food (they close at midnight), the staff are rude, and the food is noticeably worse at this location. I normally order a crunchwrap at other locations but here if you order one it'll be underfilled and sloppy.

I've never had a good experience at this Taco Bell. Sometimes, the fried items smell bad; other times, the tortilla is stuck to the wrapping paper, and there is never enough stuffing.

Can you guys please just make the food when it's ordered?! I live very close to this location, and my food was ice cold when I went to eat it after I got home. Ended up just throwing it away, I might as well just throw away the money and skip the drive thru next time. Do better! Can't even argue that it's cheap food anymore when your combos are 10-12 bucks! Pathetic. Won't be coming back.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. They use the wrong sauce (ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and used what tasted like enchilada sauce with too much cilantro instead of the spicy ranch), not to mention it was broken and flat, and couldn’t be bothered to cut the quesadilla.

Edit: I just attempted to eat my food. I could not tell if my chicken quesadilla was made with stead of chicken. I inspected the meat, it seems more like chicken. Definitely days and days old. Completely disturbing.
Everytime I come to this location my food is never right. The recipe is wrong, and the tacos and wraps are never filled even half way.. the crunch wraps aren’t folded even. I spend so much money and I am always hungry still after I eat. Ontop of that it is 8pm with 4 hours left in the night and their KFC side only has “extra crispy white meat” and they refused to explain what that even is on the menu. I am so done giving this place a chance I’m just going to drive the 10 minutes to the farther one from my house. The management here needs to do better. This is fast food yes, but you are charging so much for this food to be skimping so much when you make it.

I want this joint Taco Bell/KFC to be so much better than it is. I always give them more chances than I should.
This last time I went, I ordered off the Taco Bell menu-- a luxe cravings box. They gave me a chicken quesadilla combo with a crunchy taco. SO not what I ordered and I didn't see until I was already home. So disappointing because I have now learned their chicken quesadillas are really kind of gross. Also, the person taking my order seemed rushed for no reason (no line at the drive thru and no one eating in, middle of the afternoon) and she was rude.
All around disappointing. It doesn't have to be this way. There are perfectly functional Taco Bells out there that fulfill your order no problem. Unfortunately, this is not one of those. Maybe if you eat in and don't go through the drive-thru it would be better but I really don't think so.
Hoping I have learned this time and won't go back. This is definitely not my first bad experience at this Taco Bell location. Service is generally and consistently rude. I gave 2 stars becuase they did give me food I guess.

This place has always been extremely slow, especially inside dining. And the prices keep going up. Today the food came out poorly made, (pic). I think they need a trainer to spend time in the store. The employees were extremely nice however, and even gave me coupons for free food for my wait. Only thing going for this location, polite and friendly employees.

I'm afraid to eat this location. I went once, was the only person in the drive through and got directed to pull up, 20 minutes later they came outside and asked if I had ordered, so I gave the mmy receipt. Then they brought out a bag with literally not a single thing I ordered 10 minutes later. After another 5-10 minutes they brought out another bag with at least one thing I (well at least half) ordered. Like brother in christ I was the only person here when i ordered lmao what is happening. I tasted one fry and given the entirety of the rest of my order was either wrong, or simply just not there I left and threw it straight in the trash, which is where i'm pretty sure they filled my order from the third time around.
