They are so bad at there job. They sent us a notification that the food was done and didn't even make it..... Than they give us our order and forget HALF the items and handed us burnt food. The Manger even gave us some back talk after we wanted to make sure our order was right. Horrible experience

Poor management. Took 25 min to get a frozen drink (couldn’t get the preferred due to being “out”) and 2 craving tacos. The drink wasn’t even frozen. I only got my food bc I went back into the line again after wating in the mobile order spot.The sweet young girl at the drive through seemed to be bullied by her manager. The manager even bullied me when I asked why it took so long and if I can get a refund or credit back bc my drink wasn’t frozen and the simple food was so late. The manager harshly stated back “whelp we don’t do refunds but be my guest to complain about us online”. Just following the manager’s orders.This place has always been slow, but tonight was the worst bc of the managers poor behavior.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I am writing this only after ordering through Uber Eats at least 10 times. I know working in the food service industry isn't the best, but at this point it almost seems like the employees are purposefully messing up the orders?? It's my only explanation for why my order is WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! This location is a truly awful experience. Every time.

This location always forgets something, or delivers poor quality food. Only time the experience is "okay" is when ordering in person, and even then the quality is sometimes lacking. Use the Fayetteville location

I placed a to go order. I asked for my order to be made fresh because the Chalupa Shell is always stale. When I got home (3 mins away) the food was so cold. The Chicken felt like they cut it out the bag and threw it on the Chalupa. The Chalupas were stale, so stale I could bend the shell in half without it breaking. My I called as I was on my way back to the store and spoke to someone who I told I was bringing the food back. She said ok. When I got there I asked for my food to be replaced with fresh food or my ordered refunded. I was told that the Gen manager was the only one who could give a refund, he wasn’t there and that they weren’t going to remake my order. This is one of the WORSE experiences I’ve had at a FF restaurant and I don’t suggest ANYONE going to Taco Bell.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! We just got food from the drive through. The place looked nasty and grimey, the chalupa shells were stale and the cinnamon twists just tasted like old oil. We had to spit them out as soon as we bit into them. We were just having a craving for some old school Taco Bell. What a waste of money.

Came thru the DT no napkins, fork or sauces tea was warm hardly any ice any other time drinks loaded with ice ,broken taco this location is needs work.The manager was working the Drive thru and presented my order and this was service? Just WOW!!

Terrible location order is never correct and the drive thru is always closed randomly throughout the day and they ask you to come inside to order. There is no accommodation if you are handicapped and not able to come inside to order which is weird.

Stopped in for fast snack. Ordered on kiosk but wanted to pay cash. $5.38 bill paid for with $20 bill. Given 14.00 change and told no coins available for 62c. Told I would have to come back later for change. Asked for my money back and was refused. Corporate has not responded.

This was the third (and last) attempt to try this location. Every time, there are so many errors with the order that we swear "never again", but then, there it is. Here is a summary of the last visit's issues:We used drive thru at 8:30pm on Thursday 9/21/23. Not busy, only one car in front of us. It took over five minutes for the car in front of us to move (no cars in front of them). Because of the past issues, we speak slow, loud, and clear. The woman on the mic repeated back the order perfectly. What we ordered vs. What we got:Chicken Power Bowl ... Beef Power Bowl + jalapeños ... nopeBlack Bean Chalupa ... Got it! but, all the sour cream was in a lump in one spot5 Bean Burritos ... 5 Bean Burritos! :) 5 extra sauce ... nope 5 extra cheese ... nopeCinnabon 12 pack ... nope. Just not there.What took so long to get through the drive thru? The person at the window was so high that he kept freezing and had to be nudged by co-workers to remember where he was. When we asked for extra sauce packets, he added THREE! There were more than three of us in the car!!!Last time, I called to report the missing items and issues, the manager said to come back in and they would replace the missing items. Not redo the others. I don't want to spend another 30 minutes trying to get the food I paid for. Only to cross my fingers that it's correct, edible, and actually in the bag.
