Tandoori Bites

I’ve been coming here for a while, but the quality has dropped to a point where I can’t recommend it anymore. The MEAT is extremely LOW quality.

Pro: Food was good

Con: Our waiter wanted to be anywhere but in the restaurant. I had to flag him down for every single item multiple times. Very difficult to communicate with. I asked for his opinion and could not parse anything he said. He tried to get me to pay without showing me the bill.

Con: The printed menu bears little relationship to the online menu, and has no descriptions or pictures. Because of that my wife ordered something that wound up being very different from expected, and we could not communicate well with the waiter to get clarification.

Con: bench seats uncomfortable.

Thoughts: I know restaurants are understaffed, and it is hard to find help, but our wait person spent alot of time watching TV and not helping customers. He needs to find another line of work..

Heads up!! Looks Ike theyre cutting corners. I order from here frequently and it always taste great. BUT now theyre using rice containers that fit in the palm of my hand!!! Ive never received such a small rice portion from them or anyplace for that matter, it looks like it fits 2 spoon fulls. Skimping ok the cheapest ingredient when 1 order already cost $20 is crazy and disappointing.

Got take out, one of the dishes was wrong. 2nd time ordering here and overall was pretty good. The tandoori chicken was very good. I would skip the biriani its a bit bland and dry but it was made worse by some even more bland raita. It was very thick, like it was made from store bought Greek Yogurt with some token veggies thrown in.

One of the most flavorful Indian food. Came to North Carolina with family for 3 days and ate here all three days. Also, halal food.

We love their food and whenever we're in town visiting our family, make plans to eat here! This time we ordered Butter Chicken and Chicken Vindaloo, both of which were delicious! We also tried the Mulligatawny soup and it was wonderful.

Tandoori Bites truly lives up to its name — the food is authentic, flavorful, and cooked with care. Every dish tasted fresh and well seasoned, capturing the essence of real Indian cuisine. The highlight for me was the mango lassi! perfectly creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet, it was easily the best I’ve had anywhere. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

If you’re looking for authentic flavors and a place that makes you feel welcome, I can’t recommend Tandoori Bites enough.

Update: If there was a power outage and order haven’t even started, don’t you think you have to kindly inform people about it? Girl didn’t even open her mouth the whole time and to me it was because she forget to transfer order to the kitchen.

Came to pickup my order on time but they didn’t even started preparing. They weren’t busy at all yet had to wait extra 20 minutes. Worse part she didn’t bother to inform me about anything.
