I was from Southern California. I can confirm that their tacos are amazing. They even have menudo on their menu. Folks have a beef with their price but when you actually see the size of their taco, you will know why it costs slightly more.

Nice employees. Great food. I don't understand everyone talking about the price? I've spent more at Taco Bell for the same amount of food. Everything in this country costs too much, but this restaurant doesn't. It's definitely worth trying.

When they first opened I used to come here with my family every week, I went to college and would look forward to visiting this small business every time. I would order a baleada sencia which is a flour tortilla with beans, cheese, and cream. It’s a very simple meal but very tasty! It used to be $4, which is standard across the board with everywhere I have been, every time I’ve visited since leaving for college I come home to find that they raised the price yet again, now to $12 for such a simple meal that doesn’t cost much to make, it’s just disappointing how much the price has increased so much so that it isn’t worth going anymore. Sad to see such a great small restaurant corrupted by greed.

I really do not like to leave poor reviews but I am doing it to let the owners as well as anyone who reads this know that I had the steak tacos and within two hours I became severely sick this past Sunday night. I saw someone else leave a review on Yelp with the same situation after the fact, of course.

Love this neighborhood staple! the tacos, homemade tortillas, especially the lengua and Barbacoa tacos are consistently so good. We also love and would highly the chicharron con yuca!
