Food is fresh and tasty! I got the torta cubano, the bread was crispy on the outside and the torta was filled well with meat and so tasted good i wish i could eat it all the time. I also ordered tostadas which were fresh and crunchy and loaded with juicy barabacoa. So good wish I could come here all the time but we live 10hrs away. The cook is a very kind man and we occasionally got served by a very sweet lady ☺️ thank you for your hospitality
Quite possibly the best food truck experience I've ever had. Señor Fidel was insanely nice, and the food is beyond anything I've ever had. This is fantastic. I wish that I could eat this every day.
It was a Taco Tuesday, and a buddy and I have a mission to try as many different Mexican Food Trucks as possible in the Triangle. Mi Veracruz came up within vicinity and we were off to the races. It's definitely located off the beaten path next to Hwy 70 in Durham. There is pretty much nothing around it, so I was a but puzzled at first, but this place turned out to be a diamond in the rough.We got the Tacos of course, and the pastor, pollo, and chorizo were all exceptional....
