Randomly came to this place with friends for a quick bite & some tea. The breakfast melt was delicious as well as the Southern Black Girl tea. It was not too busy which gave it a cozy vibe on their couches, I loved it. Will be a go-to spot for sure.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Great food at great prices. The Mocha Swirl drink was very good. Chef accommodated me being vegetarian by substituting beyond meat which was greatly appreciated. The grits and potatoes were cooked to perfection.

They really do steal your money and overcharge!It did look clean upon walking in, but I saw the C sanitation rating after I sat down and just wanted to leave.The service from the women is fantastic they're so nice and friendly, the men working there were super macho and too cool to acknowledge their customers. Food is gross, drinks are good.

Absolutely love it here! The food is delicious, it's fresh, and they're always packed so you know Durham loves them! Their location in Raleigh opened up not too long ago and it's amazing there too. Don't hesitate, definitely come check this place out!

I picked up the Salmon Gouda Cheese sandwich which pretty good. The brother forgot about me as I was waiting. After 30 min and people who order after me leaving with their orders, I asked and it was ready. Other food on the menu looks good but I will have to explore the next time I'm in town.

I love the Hayti Collective. It’s clean, relaxed atmosphere, great music, owner’s cool, sectional couch w/ a huge tv in front of it, great bartender, great drinks, cool music, come have dinner, bring the kids and the art is wow! The open mic night, Jazz night and other weekly events are chill. I’ll definitely be back with friends!

Was part of a large group of almost 30 people and the sole waitress/cashier was so kind and professional the entire night even, so 5 stars for the service alone! They had a band and they were great. The food was solid and fresh tasting. It came out flavorful, fast and hot. I got the beyond meat cheeseburger and I was worried it would be under seasoned like at other places but it wasn't! A good time all around.
