Ty is a great server! This was my first time eating a Texas Roadhouse. The Honey Butter Rolls with the cinnamon butter spread are delicious! I prefer the food to be a bit more seasoned.
I had the salmon with steamed broccoli and baked potato. My baked potato was overcooked, unfortunately; however, the salmon was good and the steamed broccoli was okay a little bland though.
Overall, the experience was good. Ty the server was kind, funny, and had great customer service and hospitality!

I had a very disappointing experience at Texas Roadhouse. The restaurant had just opened at 3:00 PM, and my son and I arrived at 3:05. As soon as I walked through the door, I was hit with a terrible smell—it reeked like a dirty, wet mop.
When we were seated, I immediately noticed dirty plates on the table, food on the bench, and a filthy floor. I asked to be moved, only to end up at another table with a broken bench that had a hole in it, right by the restrooms. Speaking of which, when I used the restroom before leaving, it was just as nasty.
At that point, I decided not to eat there. For a restaurant that had just opened for the day, I expected much better cleanliness. The only positive was that the host and server were pleasant and understanding, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall experience. Sadly, I’d rate this a 0/10 and won’t be returning.

Haven’t been to this location in over a year because of the service and food issues. Decided to give it another shot and I see some things don’t change. We had a party of 6 (3 kids, 3 adults), were told it would be about a 5-10 minute wait so we checked in. 22 minutes later we were called for a table. The waitress greeted us and was very polite, took our drink orders and stated she would be back with some rolls as soon as they were ready, keep in mind while we were waiting there were multiple baskets of rolls on the counter. Almost 10 minutes later we got our drinks and no rolls. Waitress came back to take our order and still no rolls. Replaced our order, 3 jr. chicken tender meal, double pork chops and a combo plate with steak and tenders. The steak was ordered medium rare. Salads came out and finally got some rolls. Shortly afterwards the food arrived, pork chops were dry but had a great flavor. The steak was overcooked so when the waitress came by we told her about the steak so she took it back to be recooked. In the meantime what was supposed to be chicken tenders came out chicken nuggets, kids meal as well. We spoke to the waitress at least two times about where was the steak and she said it would be out shortly. 22 minutes passed and a manager brought out another steak that was cooked medium. At this point everybody else had already finished their dinner including the kids. The manager took our bill and deducted only the steak from the combo. The steak and nuggets were brought home in a to go box. Needless to say we won’t be back to that location, which is a shame because it used to be our go to restaurant. We will be going back to the Wake Forest location, which we have never had an issue.

Food was good, but the service has gone extremely downhill. Restaurant was filthy and bathrooms were even worse (even though we were one of the first to arrive on a Sunday). Very disappointed. Would consider a to-go order because the food was still as good as I remember.

I am a Texas Road House regular. This was my first visit to Durham. OurServer rates a 10. Strip Steak was unedible. The manager handled the problem not to the customers satisfaction.
The dinner was returned and a bowl of chili was ordered as a replacement.
I was charged for uneaten potato, salad and credited $5.00.
Peanuts were not available and bread was not served.
All in all the experience was unenjoyable.

You might as well eat outside on the ground. It's so loud. The bathroom was disgusting. No soap or water. That means you're not washing your hands

We had a table of 7. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our initial drink order in after being sat down with bread. We only got our drink order in because I walked back to the hostess. 30 minutes later we get our drink. Another 30 minutes after that we get refills on the drink after flagging down another staff member. Another 10 minutes after that the manager showed up and apologized. our waiter admitted to forgetting us. Another 10 minutes before we got our food. The pulled pork was dry and over seasoned. All of the steaks were well done when we ordered medium rare. The only saving grace was a $40 dollar discount due to our wait. I gave a 20 in tip to the one waiter who wasn't ours but kept checking in on us and getting refills because our waited kept dissapearing.

Our waitress was rude, forgot half of everything we asked her for.... THEN After sitting here for an hour... Our waitress tells us management is taking one of our meals off, it's been 20 minutes since then. I get that they are busy, but people who were seated after we were are finishing their meals. Just not worth it!! Never again! 30 minutes later, the food when it got to the table, was cold, because it sat while they REMADE one dish!
