My wife and I ordered the skewed steak meal. Unfortuantly, there appeared to be some type of lighter fluid residue on the meat and veggies. We were tired, boxed up the food, and left with it. The chair I set in was wobbly and too low for sitting at the table. When I asked for another chair, the waiter pointed to another one and said that one was taller, with little concern regarding my discomfort. Our friend never did get his meat (ribeye steak even after ordering it twice) cooked the way he wanted, tender, and not raw. He has no teeth and has digestive issues. Overall, I would rate our visit as somewhat disappointing, compared to other Texas Roadhouses. However, I gave a 4 star for service because the waitress was nice, tried to get the orders right, but appeared to be inexperienced.

I was disappointed by the manager's lack of attentiveness. Moreover, the steak served was cold. Last time steak was delicious thats why we came here but unfortunately we wont be able to come again after this experience

UPDATE: the store manager reached out and made it right! ***I ordered the family chicken critters pack. This was for a client I had that needed a meal. We drove 20 mins there and 20 back and was not going to do it again on the same day. The chicken was crumbs from the bottom of the bucket. The meal advertised it as 20 critters and 3 junior tenders. The ones we received were like nuggets. I have ate at Texas Roadhouse in different cities for years, and I am very familiar with what a “chicken critter” should look like. In addition they were hard. I felt embarrassed that it was sent and planned for. I tried to get someone on the phone for over an hour no answer, it kept sending me in a circle on the answering service. This was my second time having an Issue with this location. I tried to give them another try and I think I may be done with this store. We ended up having to order some additional food near by the house, because this here was not a full meal. I will most likely reach out to corporate since I couldn’t get a manager on the phone.

I wanted to show some love to Tee.She was very attentive and kind. The young man that sat us at our table was very nice too. I am from Durham and my family eats here all the time. Don't usually like the steak here but my friend is a fan so we decided to come.my friend's steak was great, I tried it and it was good. my last experience was notthe other as well with smothered brown sauceI ordered the shrimp sidekick and I really liked it.one thing we didn't like was the mac and cheese . first time it was cold, they replaced it and it was very bland. (maybe broil the cheese ?)overall, will come again to this branch vs others if friends want to go to Texas Roadhouse.service was fast and good
