They were extremely rude. I tried two flavors of chicken. I was going to order and wanted to try one more and she yelled at me and said ONLY TRY TWO PIECES. Then after that I said I’m going to order can I try to confirm which I want and she said no and pointed and said you have to order. They were extremely rude and i definitely wouldn’t recommend. They were yelling at everyone in line to get to a specific spot as well.

The food tastes too sweet. I just do not feel this like Thai food flavor. Need improvement to make this food court more diverse and higher quality

Too put it simply rude and racist. They do not treat there Hispanic customers the way they treat black patrons

Tried this place last week and I’ve been back at least 6-7 times obviously I’ve became a regular. These ladies need an attitude readjustment. I ask for extra sauce one day they say no more sauce your total is (whatever my total was) manager I think came from the back gave my the sauce no problem and I gave him $5

I came the next day food was fresh didn’t need the sauce

I came today it’s a little slower so obviously it’s a little dried out I asked for extra sauce (we don’t have any you total is 11 and some change)

Went back and forth she told me to wait 2 mins while she cashes NEW customers out. I get back in line, my foods getting cold as you purposely have me wait. It’s fine. She brings the sauce I pay, before i leave I taste the sauce. COMPLETELY different sauce than the chicken I ordered I asked for my change back because the sauce was wrong she said it’s the only sauce they have when there’s about 5-6 different chicken options with different sauce.

I took it and left.

The food is obviously great but the front ladies obviously haven’t been in the industry as long as I have I’m a server and every time I’m disappointed with the attitude.

It’s not needed for some sauce.

I always come to this restaurant I love it but today was different there is a REALLY RUDE service I was with my little brother and he really wanted rice so we went there he wanted to try the chickens cause he didn't know what chicken to pick we nicely ask and they give us to try one then we asked to try a sweet chicken and they refuse because they said they only let customers try one chicken witch is not true then they started ignoring what I was saying is a child who want to eat there and just trying to decide what chicken they want instead they called of for next customer hated it !?

Stay away from the rice! My daughter and 2 friends went for lunch yesterday. Friends got noodles and my daughter got rice. My daughter was violently ill all night, clear case of food poisoning.

Cutest place!! The people were so nice and gave everyone samples 😊 and the food is so yummy.

Horrible food.

I thought this place was great. They offered me no less than 5,000 samples until I went with the sweet chicken and bang bang chicken combo. You get a bunch of food and it’s worth the price. I would suggest not indulging yourself on samples like I did or you might be full before you start eating like I was.

Customer service is horrible. Non English speaking employee name Mary was horrible & Rude with her customer service & behavior. I asked her to try spicy chicken as they always let customer try before buy but instead of attending me she tell No Try & call for next customer behind me.

Much better than similar places. Generous portions at very reasonable price. Vegetables not overcooked, spicy chicken is properly spicy, sweet chicken tastes good. Thank you!

I just went there. I am an African American male. I am on a special diet. This is the third time that I have asked to sample a dish to assure the sodium level was acceptable. Again, I was told that they do not give samples, yet they were giving samples to every race but black people before I walked up and after I left. I got my food, again, next door at Taco Bell while watching them give samples whilexI ate it. I dot know what's going on there,but this is the United States of America. It is not Thailand.
