As a life long resident of NC of 35 years, I have eaten some PHENOMENAL BBQ in my time. I have not had BBQ and ribs this good in at least 15 years. My group had the tasty brisket taco appetizer (one small taco each), and two of us had the cow jumped over the moon burger, which we both enjoyed. The menu says the burger is made with a blend of short rib and chuck, topped with roasted bacon onion jam, roasted garlic aioli, and Brie cheese. It was fantastic and juicy. The BNG feels like a home for blues and music lovers. The owner, Bill, is kind and personable. The food is good, and the Blues jam on Tuesday night is like nothing we've ever seen before! Waitresses are great, too! One of the most fun bars we've ever been at!
