Pleasant staff, abundant and flavorful menu items, very attractive atmosphere and ideal anytime dining area lighting. Always a highly anticipated dining experience!
It's a cheesecake factory, we all know what that means. It's regular franchise type food that is billed to be a little bit better than the average place. The food was fine. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere is the cheesecake factory.
After waiting 10 min for curbside delivery I made my way into the restaurant, eventually my meal was ready after putting in the order 30 min before hand. The burger was greasy with no lettuce tomato as displayed under description and the fries were cold. No utensils or even napkins were added- to say the least it was way under par.
Very slow! Glacial speed…
Long wait but worth it
Meatloaf is horrific, service was slow and unfriendly and the place was screaming loud, no thank you
Underwhelming food and poor service.
This cheesecake location in particular is awful after 3 visits. Significantly worse than any other locations we’ve been to, which is many across multiple states. The woman night manager is useless and clearly unhappy with her job which comes through in the way she interacts with others. It took an hour to receive the food which came out incorrect. We were told the table wasn’t ready for 30 minutes because they were waiting for it to be bussed. We ended up asking to be sat at the high tops since there were some open and the table still wasn’t ready. The hostess told us as we sat down that the appetizers were half off, but she failed to mention that it was a specific menu and that it actually wasn’t half off but a set price of 9.95. It’s the same story every time we’ve gone. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I don’t know if Cheesecake Factory is going downhill or if it’s just this location, but I won’t be returning. Rude hostess, dirty bathrooms, extremely loud table busser slamming dishes down for a solid 5 minutes, slow waitress, food was subpar and the appetizer comes out the same time as the food. This place is too $$$ to have a bad experience.

If I could give no stars I would! My family was there to celebrate my 6 year old's birthday and it took them nearly 2 hours to seat us. Tonight is the worst I've ever been treated by staff and usually Cheesecake Factory can handle the holiday rush. One of the hostess, Summer, has no customer service skills at all! I watched her and two other hosts seat similar sized parties and when I inquired, she was very brash and snarky. I noticed another young lady who had been waiting longer than my family and she had been waiting to be seated for nearly 2.5 hours.
When I asked to speak to a manager, Chasity came to assist us. She was very polite and listened to me. I informed her that Summer lacked customer service and was rude. Chasity apologized and explained to me the delay but stated that she would look into it. Summer proceeded to approach Chasity at the screen while she was helping me and when Chasity asked her to step aside and backup, Summer reluctantly did so.
Summer then turned around and was still complaining about me and then Chasity asked her to go cool off in the back and her reply was "No." Chasity stated that she would be right back and about 10 minutes later, she returned with another manager with a red sweater, glasses, and brownish colored hair. When this manager asked Summer to come in the back and discuss it, Summer again refused to go! She refused several times and complained about me before she finally agreed to go in the back with this manager. How unprofessional is this? The other customers and myself were absolutely baffled at this behavior.
We were finally seated and then when I turned around, Summer was speaking about the situation to a woman server with glasses and to a gentleman server (who happened to be our server). They were over at the computer laughing and joking. I asked my server to speak to Chasity and he returned saying she was busy.
Lastly, my 6 year old was tired and after watching my server and Summer laugh and joke about the situation, I was uncomfortable ordering any food from this place. I watched Summer talk back to her managers and lack any respect for them and she was not even sent home! This let's me know how this Cheesecake Factory values its customers. I will not return here for any future special occasions because it will be a let down and forbid I encounter Summer's rude attitude again!

The skinny lunch burger was very good. It was just the right amount for lunch. Had to top it off with a take home slice of Cheesecake!

It’s our first time visiting cheesecake factory for dine in on our wedding Anniversary. Wanted to make good memory but ended up regretting the decision. Firstly the receptionist was making faces and didn’t even provide a proper option to place baby car seat. The seating is too congested and food was below average and not at all worth the price. There were dishes added extra to bill which we had to ask to remove.
Better to avoid this place for dine in or if you are already there then check your bill before paying.
Didn’t have option to give 0 rating so forced to give 1
