Very bad experience at this place.
After waiting over an hour just to be seated, the least we expected was decent service. However, the server assigned to our table walked past us multiple times, attended to every other table around us, and never once took our order. We felt completely ignored and disrespected as customers.

Ok cheesecake is king here, but the food is good as well. We had a large party, 14 at 5pm and were quickly seated for how busy they were, waited 15 mins. We had several mixed drinks that were all tasty and not skimpy on the alcohol 😋! 3 apps all were out quick and were hot and tasty. Dishes. We ordered 12 different dishes and all were reported to be hot and tasty, everyone agreed 4 stars on thier main dish. My fish(cod) and chips(sweet potato fries) were good for a non seafood joint. Waitress brought me some house made Chipotle mayo dip she recommend when I asked for hot sauce. It was delicious on the fries and fish, but added hot sauce to it, I love hot sauce with fish!!
Now for the cheesecake! We ordered alot of different types some got 2 or more kinds. We were all stuffed so full from apps and dinner we all got our cheesecake too! My wife got lemon raspberry and I got pumpkin pecan. Wife was very yummy and now wish I had gotten it as well. My pumpkin pecan was like a typical pecan pie on th bottom half and a pumpkin cheesecake on top half with a sugary pecan crust on top. It was very delicious but sickeningly sweet at the same time and I have diabetes so I didn't eat all of the pecan pie filling part since it is almost pure corn syrup. Gotta splurge once in a while and my diabetes is well controlled and had a 72 glucose test right before eating by watched what I had that day.

The cuban sandwich was really good. The food did take a very long time to come out. That's my only complaint. My waitress was good. I'd have to say the cooks need to tighten up.

Had a good time, with good service! Just wish the veggie patty was vegan.

No reason to ever visit again since I can just order an impossible burger at Burger King… shame they had to put cream in the veggie burger here… what a shame!

Came for my sister's 65 birthday with a 3:30 reservation it is now 4 it is now 4:10 and we are just being seat my first and my last.

I went there a couple of times. Unfortunately, their main problem is the service. It takes a lot of time to get the food (last time it was 25 minutes for one item). The food is usually tasty, who doesn't like fried food?
In my opinion, it is a bit expensive to what you get.

Had a great meal of Miso Salmon with mashed potatoes and sweet green peas. Chocolate cheese cake to die for.

At 12 it was perfect. Not crowded. Fast service and food. Servers were amazing too. I got the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. White chocolate raspberry always a hit.

Always a solid choice for us. We usually stick to the skinnylicious menu items. Our waiter was attentive and helpful with suggestions. Of course we always take a cheesecake back to our troops.

Waited over an hour for an appetizer.

My husband & I had just gotten married at the courthouse & along with our friends we chose to dine at Cheesecake Factory. Never have we experienced such bad service from the waitress. By all means, take your smoke breaks, but to come back reeking like cigarettes? When we placed the order for drinks my husband asked for a glass of water. It took two trips and 15 minutes to get that one glass. My friend asked for no mushrooms or onions on a dish. When the dish arrived it had both. We all ran out of drinks and bread and she was no where to be found. It got to the point that another waiter asked us what our drinks were so he can go get them. Not the best service to have after getting married.

Went on a date to Cheesecake Factory ironically and it actually wound up being really tasty and fun. The service was absolutely amazing. Our server was Tori. She was super attentive and nice. I’d forgotten was great service was until yesterday. Thanks for the experience.

Not recommended – very disappointing experience. Customer service was poor, food delivery was delayed, and the dishes arrived cold. The air conditioning was inadequate, and the seating was uncomfortable, especially considering the high prices.”

The good was not that great at all. My fish tacos were dry, my husbands nachos were just not good. My daughter had The sliders which she said were actually good. Service started out not so great but then our waiter switched areas and our new waitress was awesome! Very attentive, great customer service!! I'm writing this review 2 weeks later so I can't recall her name. Overall, it was just ok. Maybe I will go back to try brunch (I'm from TX and CF brunch there is awesome) but not going out of my way for lunch/dinner there. My daughter loved her Oreo Cheesecake for her birthday treat so at least she had a good time and enjoyed her food all around!

I had this slice of cheesecake with a chocolate sauce delivered. It’s was exactly what I needed. The portion was bigger than I thought it was going to be, packaged well and delicious. I would recommend this place and I will be returning.
