The food is not quite as good as the Crabtree location. This is the consecutive time that I felt it could be better. The service needs some improvement. I didn't like getting bread after I finished my meal. The desserts are always good. The servers are always helpful. I will stop going to this location for meals.
Great experience at SouthPoint Cheesecake Factory! The Asian chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and flavorful, the warm crab dip with parmesan garlic bread was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were spot on. I love the bar tenders as well. They are always very nice and friendly.
My first time at this specific location and our server Kelsey was the best! She was so kind and patient with every question and ask that we had and never made us feel rushed when we had questions.
