I was expecting a wonderful experience and was dedicated to that idea so much so that this was our choice for my mother's 71st birthday lunch. However, both the Trueban and the Sinatra were both burnt and dry, both the bread and the meat. I was highly upset and if we had eaten inside I definitely would have sent both sandwiches back.

It’s a cool spot and staff was really nice. They got my food order wrong and drinks are very expensive for the area. They offer gluten free bread!Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free bread.Parking: Lots of street parking but limited lot parking. Be prepared to walk.

Great selection of food, cozy atmosphere, beer downstairs with more tables. Highly recommend the coffee place too. Some reviews complain about the wait but I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. Quality is worth waiting for.

Incredible location near Ninth Street! It is just tucked away enough that you don’t get the usual business from Ninth Street but still maintain the magic. Really cool “underground” bar and fantastic food options. Great vegan/vegetarian options as well! Very fun little snacks and trinkets also sold here.

Midbloom coffee is a great spot! I’ve had less great experiences with the Common Market staff. Recently, my wife and I bought coffee and sat at a table downstairs to drink it together. We were told by a CM staff member that we’d have to leave our table if the lunch rush picked up and people with food couldn’t find seats. She encouraged us to go upstairs and I told her we were downstairs because the upstairs was full. She still insisted that was the case and so my wife and I left. The coffee was great though and people can have bad days, it was just confusing.

I dont know why I waited so long to come here - it's the cutest place I've been in years. This place has it all: mini food hall vibes, coffee, sandwich, beer. Wifi. What else could you ask for?

I wanted to like it more, but I didn’t. Theyseem to want the Duke students only, forgetting there are Durham natives they should want to please too. They advertise with pictures of huge, delicious looking sandwiches, but when you go and buy a sandwich, it’s smaller and not as appetizing as the pictures appear. Nothing special here.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Went early on a Sunday morning and it was quiet, but the staff were so friendly. They were absolutely so friendly. It's clean, a remarkable atmosphere and the breakfast burritos were fantastic.
