I don’t usually choose hot dogs for lunch but yesterday 8/7/25 my co worker recommended we go to the dog house.i was confused but went along with it.first of all let me say service was perfect but also fast.Norma not only was nice but very funny.
I never thought placing an order would be so fun!
Any ways im not gonna ramble on but for winch and a show i would definitely recommend the dog house on latte road Durham NC.
And make sure Norma is there!

Very rude and nasty service every time when I was a customer and even when I pick up orders for DoorDash never ready make you wait always outside smoking don’t wash hands poor poor customer service they can never keep workers

Went to the hillsboro rd location waited in drive thru for over 4-5 minutes and asked numerous times hello and nothing so I pulled up to window and the girl at window said I was close enough to the sign to make order so then was tolded I can’t order at drive thru window as was told to go back thru the drive thru and now it’s 5 cars there so that location needs some help for sure,So went to the Miami locations and took about 7 minutes to place order and that was with no one in front of me.Once placed order took 8-10 minutes as these restaurants used to be so good as the quality of products and Staff needs a lot of help as we couldn’t eat these hotdogs as well being of the taste of them sorry but want go back as these was the place for a good hot dog all my life But not anymore

I havealways enjoyed the dog house.went to the one on Miami Blvd and bought a hot dog, the worst hot dog ever. I couldn’t believe the 3 dollar price for the cheap red tasteless meat.If you preferred the beef hot dog an extra 1.99 added. The coleslaw was mixed with gigantic chucks of onions. Chili was tasteless. I make better dogs at home. One bite and I wished to get my money back. I’m not one for reviews, but I was so disappointed. Unfortunately I will not be eating them anymore. If you are going to raise your price,raised your quality of food.
