Kid-friendliness: Plenty on the kids menu!

Not good.I got chicken sandwich and the chicken was super dry and bland. They forgot to put cheese in the sandwich advertised as chicken and cheese sandwich. Fries were undercooked and soggy.The worst of all was the environment that seemed very unhygienic and smelled bad. You cannot sit and eat there.Maybe some other items are good for takeout.

I am a Doordasher who spends many hours meeting new people. This location however left a lasting impact and I'll be going out of my way to become a regular. Thank you for your help and great service .

I was missing some items from my dinner order. I asked the server for assistance from management and was informed by our server in a curt manner as she walked away that she did not know where her manager was that evening and that she was unwilling to find out where he/she went. I would like to know who, if anyone, is managing this restaurant. This is unacceptable customer service.

Waited over 30 minutes in an empty restaurant for pizza and fries. Came out cold and soggy. Terrible experience.

Delightful new addition to Durham's multitude of restaurants! Bright and fun inside, the menu reflects the spirit of this restaurant. Salads are generous and delicious. Pizzas and Pinsas are extraordinarily cheesy and vibrant. Sandwiches and burgers are delightfully dressed. Oh and very yummy onion rings come with a tangy slightly spicy dipping sauce! You gotta try The Loop!

The food is always good but the price charged was not the price posted. I was told prices have gone up, but the signage hasn't changed. When I asked to have the advertised price, it was met with attitude and then it took a really long time to get my food. The 3 after me received their food first.

Excellent food! The Loop burger was cooked to perfection! Steak fries crisp and fluffy. My sister's Asian chicken salad was her choice and she loved it. Greens were crisp and dressing was just right. French onion soup was unexpectedly good. A creamy version. We will certainly go again!

Went for dinner last night and it was awesome. Had small meat puza and Caesar salad. Pizza cooked in a pizza oven!! Fresh ingredients and the crust is light and airy. Stop by and enjoy the prices and atmosphere.

Smell very nice and taste good!

This place is the bee’s knees. Do yourself a favor, eat here and be happy.

New The Loop Restaurant in Downtown Durham. Great food, really nice family friendly atmosphere. Marla was awesome!
