This place is NOT recommended AT ALL. I ordered a salad thru Uber Eats. They had Italian dressing as an option for the dressing. However, when my salad got to me they gave me ranch dressing. I called the store in hopes that something could be done being it was THEIR mistake and not mine. Unfortunately the manager had a “ I don’t care” attitude she wouldn’t even get on the phone. Instead I was told I had to go back thru Uber Eats for a refund that I was unsuccessful at getting. I can’t eat my salad bc I am ALLERGIC to ranch dressing. $20 down the drain! Do BETTER the loop.

They were either under staffed or had employees that did not want to work. Trays & Trash were piling up everywhere. We had to move the last persons trash just to have a place to sit down. Now on a positive note, the hamburger I had was pretty good. Probably won't be first on our list to go back to.

We came here because their Chapel Hill location, which is closer to us, has yet to reopen after a huge flood there. Luckily we got our order in right before a big rush of people, so that was fortunate. The employees here a very friendly and efficient.
We had a hankering for the creamy French onion soup. It's so comforting on a chilly day. I have to say, it's better in Chapel Hill. I don't know if the recipe in Durham is different, but it's just not as flavorful here. It's not bad, just not as good.

Warning they have a sanation rating of B. The reason I am giving a 1 star is we were waiting for our door and a COCKROACH YES COCKROACH went across the back of my wife's seat and up the wall. They gave me a refund and we left. Horrible why would you eat a roach infested place???
