It was extremely loud in the restaurant The music was so loud even our 2 year old girls did not like it. It took a very long time to get our food as well.

The hamburgers were over cooked. The children’s chicken strips were delicious and the fried green tomatoes were very good.

The hostess was very good and nice.

I loved eating here before the DPAC show yesterday, the hostess who escorted me to my table was wonderful and made us feel welcomed, Thank you J!! Our waiter Jacobi (I hope I spelled that right) was wonderful too with excellent service and made me and my fiancé’s experience awesome.

My first time at Tobacco Road was very disappointing. I ordered the Untimate Nacho, no cheese could be seen or tasted, the beef tasted like a paste not real ground beef. As well as the beans were a paste too. Very little strips of lettuces and dice tomatoes could be seen on this big enormous bed of chips.

My chicken wings with spicy sweet sauce, smelled and tasted spoiled.
Only thing edible was the fried green tomatoes.
Chicken wing sent back and taken off the bill.

One other person Swiss burger came out without the bun toasted.
The Manager brought a new bun to the table for her to replace the untoasted bun. She reached over my Nacho salad with her long sleeves, which is definitely not table etiquette.
I want be patronizing them anymore. 😩

We’re here for a DPAC show. The cafe and bar is packed with people. Yet the three bartenders, Diana, Meghan, and Deana served everyone promptly and courteously! I’m tired just watching them hustle! We’ll definitely come back the next time we’re in town!

I came here with my girlfriend for lunch last Wednesday and it will definitely be the last time that I eat at Tobacco Road. We came in at lunch time and ordered some food. I got the crab cake sandwich and my girlfriend ordered the buffalo chicken nachos. Our drinks stayed empty a good part of the meal. The food came out an hour and 15 minutes after we ordered and it was cold. Her food looked like it had been sitting for a long time before it got to us. There was something hard in my crab cake sandwich which I think has cracked my tooth and on top of all that we both had stomach issues after eating here. I feel like I was robbed honestly.

Wish there was a 0... Was on wait-list 0 people ahead of me. I was told 30 minutes and sat while 10 people took tables in front of me.. As soon as I left, the hostess saw me leave.. then texted that my table was ready!!!! I am 100% this was delibera!! I would strongly recommend somewhere else!! Service SUX,!!!!!

Slow and rude customer service. Trying to grab a bite before a show and told our food would be out right away, only to wait 30min and have to gobble it down or box it up. Also waitress who brought it out slammed it on the table. Our own waiter was fine and was good at bringing out drinks and refills. But don’t waste your money here unless you like poor customer service.

Went to a catered affair there. After the affair, I briefly enjoyed a recliner directly in front of a big screen TV.. of course, everything is expensive but it is so close to home.

The food was great. I had the Bison burger and buffalo chicken egg rolls. The burger was cooked to perfection and the egg rolls were crisp. My server was Emily he she was very helpful and cheerful(she deserves a raise). The atmosphere seems like it would be great for game days. With plenty of TV and one massive screen in the middle. They also had recliners if you want to relax while having a drink. 10/10 I highly recommend.

This place was so nice and friendly. We had a party over 20 which was booked 2 days before and I was completely blown away by the service and atmosphere. Thank you, to our server *RENDA* for keeping a professional demeanor and giving us the best serving experience ever!! You rock!!

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a very long time. We sat for over 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table, and it took asking three or four different times just to get someone to help us. When a server finally arrived, the service remained painfully slow throughout the visit.

I don’t recall if he introduced himself, but whoever our server was might have been the least attentive we’ve ever encountered. The food was below average and mostly left untouched — nothing about the experience made us want to stay.

I’m honestly not sure how this place has so many high reviews; perhaps others haven’t had much experience elsewhere. Unfortunately, this visit was enough for us to say we won’t be returning.

Had a group of 13 people
in a room on a Thursday night. Waitress definitely acted like she had rather be anywhere else (don’t blame her)
Food was crap, Most restaurants make exceptions but not this one. Wanted to order nachos but they came with ground beef. Asked if I could change out the ground beef with a side of roasted vegetables. I was told in a not so friendly way “no”. How hard would this possibly be unless you have everything made up in the kitchen and pre fab your food.

Don’t recommend this mediocre food especially the steak my husband ordered. Please go somewhere else! Even taco bell would be better.
