Tomato Jake's Pizzeria

Been coming here since 2019. Service has always been prompt, courteous, and friendly.

Their prices are reasonable and their pizza is always consistent. I have never tried any of their specialty pizzas, or anything else on the menu yet as I am a creature of habit. . . but anytime I am in the area, I always make a little detour to knock back a slice of their cheese and pepperoni. Always hits the spot!

Solid pizza, big slices and good prices! The wings were solid as well. Not the best I've had, but I certainly enjoyed it.

Decided for some lazy night takeout and went with pizza. It was delicious! And the girl who waited on me at the checkout counter was very nice and helpful! Will definitely eat here again when I’m back in town!

I love this place, my family is Italian and it made me feel right at home. I love the atmosphere and good prices and I had a eggplant Parmesan sub and it was delicious, 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Found a place to get 'slices of pizza!' Pizza was ok, I enjoyed that they still have the pop machine that you can mix and match your own flavors of soda (a lot of places have gotten rid of those). The white guy telling bad 'dad jokes' was the hit of the restaurant and enjoyed listening and laughing as he tried to 'outsmart and make laugh' the young lady sitting at the counter. I will go back and try some other food.
And the bathroom was Clean!

A great pizza joint with so much more on their menu. Great staff. They also have events like trivia night. Good location too!

BEWARE Check your receipt for a suspicious charge called a food cost fee.

I asked the workers about the fee and they weren’t sure but mentioned credit card fees but I used cash, so I got no answer.

Not a good look to nickel and dime your customers.

Would love to hear from the owner who was not there about what this charge is and how he casually just slips it onto the bill without telling the customer.

Have been going here for years with my family but no more.

Good food, owner was yelling “hawk tuey” when I went in the other day. He also only hires young girls, he seems freaky

The food was actually good. But during my visit, they had a dog behind the counter. Each of the girls rubbed the dog and neither washed their hands. On my way out I politely asked then if they were going to wash their hands and left. I wanted them to be aware, this was noticed and not good for a restaurant EVER.

Not my cup of tea. It may be a NC thing. There were humongous pepperoni on the pizza and shredded sausage. The sauce wasn't bad but presentation made me not want to eat it. Still tried it, while it was hot it was delicious but didn't warm up well. Paid $76 for a cheese pizza, a pepperoni and sausage pizza with wings. I could've done better at a franchise joint but when you're on vacation you try something you don't have back home. It wasn't bad but I think for the price I paid a franchise would been better.

Parking: Right in front of the building or anywhere in the strip mall.
