Rethink going to this place. The food was strange and didn't nearly resemble the habichi nor teriyaki flavors they were aiming for.

If could give this no stars I would. This situation took place on 08/03/2019 at the location in North Gate Mall. We purchased chicken fried rice and the chicken was spoiled. Went to the cashier who said he was the manager and explained the situation he refused to refund my money. He offered me a fountain drink. He referred me to a sign that was went very lightly on notebook paper in the window no refunds or exchanges it was a very long but NO Refund was not in black you would never no this. Then he goes to a friend in the back room and they come out and are laughing about the incident. He never apologized at all or offered to make the food fresh. I took pictures of the food sitting out uncovered. I went to take a picture of the place so that I could send it to the health department upon review of my picture I notice that the other worker was in the photo sticking his middle finger up in the form of the bird, we all know what that means. I was shocked to see this in the photographs especially since I did not have any converation or deals with him. He came out of the back room and the employee with the hat on started making jokes and they were laughing about the situation. The employee with his finger up began speaking a different language to the alleged manager on duty. I asked him not to do that because I could not understand what he was saying. I am going to make sure no one eats here and that everyone knows how awful there customer services is. I am also taking the food to the health department I kept it just for that purpose. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POSIONING. THE FOOD METHODS ARE NOT SANITARY AT ALL LEAVING FOOD UNCOVERED ALL DAY AND HALFED COOKED. I am uploading photos of both employess and the food sitting out. They should not even be working in food services. Please past this along no one needs to be treated this way.

They sell you rotten spoiled rice. Beware of this place i froze my rice just in case they health department wants proof
