It's hard to give an accurate review. I was taking a group of businessman to dinner and had made table reservations online, but when we arrived, we were told they were closing due to weather. I understand that weather conditions were not optimal, but we should've been notified beforehand so we did not waste the time driving all the way there I want to be turned away at the door. Another party had called and made reservations by phone and the same thing had happened to them . Better communications would have been appreciated..

First timer..When I arrived for my order, I walked up to the counter to ask for info. The girl standing there looked at me and put her head back down. Started looking past me and around at people sitting. As I stared at her, she finally says, oh she’ll come and have you seated. I let her know I was picking up my order and just wanted to know where to go. Her response was “Oh, what’s the name.” Maybe just work on proper greetings of your guests and not intentionally ignoring them! Side note, the food was delicious, minus not getting any utensils with my order.

Very good service but terrible overpriced food. Billed as a Thanksgiving special, horrible prefrozen and overly salty turkey breast, overly salty baby back ribs sauce, boring mashed potatoes and dull cole slaw. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Walked in for an early dinner. The bartender JOJO was pleasant and welcoming. Makes a great Old Fashioned. Had the Beef Ribs tasted good and tender but too much sauce.

We are delighted to have Tony Roma's in this area. It was one of our go to spots where we used to live.
The burgers were good but not great. Fries were good. Beer was good, as well as the service. Good sound level. The price was a bit much for the actual food and drinks but overall a good place to go.
