No prices on the menu (just expect everything to be grossly over priced), service is painfully slow and lacking, the whole thing is a money grab if you're just trying to have a casual good time and are not a serious/experienced golfer. Bought a 90 minute bay, ordered food 20 minutes in, took 50 minutes for it to come, at which time, instead of being the least bit apologetic, they tried to pressure us into buying more golf time. This was on a Sunday where there were many vacant bays the entire time we were there. I worked in food service for many years and there are just SO many things wrong with their systems of service I don't even know where to start! Brought us messy dripping appetizers, with no plates, napkins, or silverware! Never brought the left handed clubs we requested MULTIPLE times, never got silverware and ended up leaving food simply because there was no way to eat it, offered NO help to move to the dining area after we made it clear we were done golfing and just wanted to be able to EAT the food we'd ordered long LONG ago. If you're going just to golf or are a member of the TikTok generation you might be okay with this. For this millennial--never again. So many better ways to spend my hard earned money.

The service was very slow. We asked for drinks and were told it would be about 25 minutes just to get a drinn. We didn’t see our waitress again for another 25 minutes, which made the experience frustrating.

Top notch service and food! Lake-The Manager of the 1st floor was amazing! I reserved for the wrong day and he quickly accommodated MY error. He was warm and very friendly. Our server Jasmine was patient and available when we needed her. There were a lot of us there for a birthday celebration. 🎉 Guests raved over the food and drinks. My only complaint is the $6 fee for non-members that can quickly add up when you have 2 or 3 bays and 18 people playing. This fee should be included in the rental fee for the bays…not sprung on you when you set up your game! Definitely more expensive than anticipated…Overall we really enjoyed our TopGolf experience in Durham. We will definitely go again.

The set up and the game itself was nice, unfortunately due to nasty and negative staff that turn our experience BAD as a first time golfer!!! We will NEVER return. The staff made our experience horrible!
We visited during the half-price promotion (1 adult and 2 kids) and made last res for 2 hours (note there’s a one-time $6 membership fee). The kids really liked the burger meal, and my drink was decent as well. We had a lot of fun playing Angry Birds, Sonic, and Block Party, and Sonic was our favorite since it was easier for young kids to score and enjoy.
The bathroom was clean, and the service was good. Our host brought us different kid clubs upon request. We also played outdoors (connect 4, corn hole) and foosball while with for our bay to be ready. Overall, we had a great time and plan to come back again.

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. I do recommend going when there is some sort of promotion going on. The food is not expensive but I felt the golf was overpriced.

First time to Top Golf. Had an hour and a half booked as well as food for a large group. I was pleasantly surprised at how good all the food was. Beef filet, chicken marsala, cauliflower/broccoli and the Ceasar salad were all very good and exceeded my expectations for the venue. The golfing was a ton of fun as well.
