I’m giving 5 stars because we’ve been coming to Town Hall since it opened and the food is always delicious, and the service is usually great. But today was terrible. We had to ask for something three times before we got it, no refills were offered, my son had a hair in his burger, and I received the wrong beer twice. I’m not going to send a beer back twice, so I begrudgingly drank the second one without saying anything. When the check came I was charged for one that was more expensive than what I ordered, and I paid it anyway because I just wanted to leave. Having spent 15 years in restaurant industry training servers, I’m begging you to please require your servers to write down orders. No one is impressed by their ability to “remember” an order. And when it comes out wrong, we know exactly why.

Its your typical sports bar. The food is good, but they won't put condiments on your burger.

First time here. The Carolina Burger was awesome - messy as it should be. Brews and TVs suggest it’s an event more fun stop on Saturday.

Great burger spot with lots of options! I liked that the chopped salad was loaded with toppings and that I had the option to an add a burger patty. Beer selection was also good! Fried were extra fresh and tasty.
