Rachel was amazing and made sure my drink was perfect! Great atmosphere to study or hang out with friends.
Really nice to work and hang out! They have baked goods from Ninth Street Bakery as well. Favorite coffee house in the area.
Amazing service. Extremely helpful when online app wouldn't work! This is a coffee shop I will keep coming to!
Ambience was good and staff were friendly but1. Wifi only works on certain devices (ones that connect to wpa/wpa2 personal) but didn't work for my MacBook.2. The seats and tables were a bit dirty and sticky3. Coffee was subpar if not a bit off putting in taste
Nice place to work, read, hang out or study. Great service and reasonable prices. Air conditioned and they provide wifi. Accessible electrical outlets near the tables. Restrooms are available downstairs in the basement area were you can also choose to sit for more privacy and less lighting. Definitely a gem ? ☕
Got the Mayan mocha and was excited because I enjoy a little spice. This, however, was undrinkable and I had to throw it away after a few sips (even after mixing) kept burning my throat. The first sip was really bad—too much cinnamon and cayenne on top.
The sugar free vanilla latte tasted pretty good, but it was lukewarm, not very hot. The people working there were nice.
Had an absolutely lovely lavender-mint tea latte and enjoyed the outdoor seating along ninth street. This is a great local coffee shop!
We love sitting outside the coffee shop and enjoying our drinks. The owner is so friendly and personable. We love to support local businesses. Much better than buying from a large chain.
I came here for the first time today and I truly love it! Jermaine is amazing.Wow! I ordered the Bull City Turtle (cold) with whipped cream and Almond milk and was completely blown away. I didn’t get too far down the street before turning around and going back in to order another. Thank you for being amazing Jermaine.I will be back.Oh yes, I came on to the Durham County Public Library (Main Branch) and it’s beautiful. Thanks for mentioning it.

Small little coffee shop in durham. Excellent mocha with some nice seating upstairs and a really quiet basement area to get a little work done. Would much rather support a small business like this than the Starbucks down the street.
Very chill vibe, friendly service, and delicious coffee. If you like spice, get the Mayan mocha. You won't regret it!
Low key bohemian coffee spot.Lots of tables downstairs in case they run out of seats upstairs. Even a few couches.Seems to be a popular study spot for college kids. Not a lot of food choices. Just a few pastry.Maybe find a Waffle House if you need a substantial breakfast.Coffee is spot on. Good strong coffee that tastes just fine black.WIFI is good. None of that sign in nonsense where you have to give an email name, and phone number (Looking at you Sir Walter Coffee).Lots of outlets too!Just one bathroom downstairs but it's rarely busy enough that it matters. Has a slight lefty vibe with some of the art on the walls and copies of Workers World next to the other free weeklies.Wish they opened earlier in the morning?Takes Apple Pay, counter service people are always friendly.
First visit great Nutella latte….? great service
